I especially like the support very much. Even when it comes to tricky features on a website, the people behind Elfsight are there for me if there's a problem. The widgets are well thought out and perform great on the websites I create. Can really be highly recommended.

In addition, the widgets are very easy to implement and can be easily adapted to the respective needs.

It would be great if there was a form of agency access in which I can also create customers and assign widgets to them.

Elfsight has a solution for everything. I am finding options for things we haven't even thought of to increase marketing efforts. It's simple to use, very intuitive. I love that you simply edit your widget and instantly get a link for upload and that it automatically published your changes to that link. It is easy to set up, implement, and make quick edits that are displayed immediately on your website. For example, during a meeting, our CEO said he wanted wording changed for the number counter widget. Within 2 minutes, I was able to change the wording, refresh the page, and see the edits. I’ve had an awesome experience with Elfsight, and honestly, I’m here for it! First off, their prices are *super* competitive – like, I almost did a double-take when I saw the value for what you’re getting. I’ve paid more for a latte that didn’t even have the right amount of foam, so this is a win.

I first came across Elfsight when I looking at new websites for a company as a consultant. I noticed a web developer using them. When I was building my own company, I loved how easy it was to implement widgets on Shopify. Sometimes themes can be a bit lacking so having the ability to put HTML in is useful. The only thing I don't like is that their widgets come in tiers. I don't like the idea of something not displaying if you go over your view allowance. I think there should be some sort of Pay as you go system so if your views go over, you can have peace of mind that it will still show, but on a pay as you go rate which you should clear before the next month OR it gets added to your next annual or monthly bill... this way, the show goes on. Elfsight has a modern, adjustable look - which gives me flexibility for styling the widgets to accommodate our current special. I used another widget prior to Elfsight and it was not at all streamlined or modern looking.

Elfsight will also install your widget for you so you don't have to pay a developer. Their turn around time is excellent AND, they're super friendly (shout out to Nataly). For a small business owner, it's great to have extra support. We use BigCommerce and while the integration is easy to use, it's also nice to have support.

Few days later I purchased the all App plan and now I am sing several apps on my site. This has helped alot in increasing the functionality as well as look of my website.
