The time saved, is the most valuable thing about Elfsight. So quick and easy to embed a widget into the sites I manage. Most of the sites I work on have been built using the Weebly webpage builder.

The Before and After Slider widget works so well on my clients website. It works flawlessly and look great. It would have taken me a long time to code this myself. Well worth the money paid for this one.

Google Reviews is probably the widget I use the most though. I've embedded it on quite a few of my clients sites. I love how many features and options there are to choose from. I like how I can get the colours to match any branding. There are even options to add your own styling code to get things looking just right.

Nothing really. The only niggle I used to have was that the platform.js script reguarly got flagged up in Google Lighthouse audits. I reached out to support and they gave me some code to try out, which helped me get round the low Lighthouse scores. I like Elfsight's super fast, friendly, and very helpful help desk. The apps themselves are fantastic and extremely useful for my website since Weebly doesn't provide similar apps or the same functionality. For building a strong brand, social proof is critical. Elfsight's Google Reviews widget has been a game-changer. The implementation was incredibly straightforward – I had it up and running on our website in minutes without writing a single line of code.

What I love most is the sheer customizability. I was able to tweak the design to perfectly match our brand's aesthetic, making the reviews look like a native, professional part of our site. I also have to give a special mention to their customer support team. They are not only extremely prompt and helpful, but they go above and beyond. Honestly, it's difficult to find anything to dislike as the widget does its job perfectly. If I had to make a suggestion for a minor improvement, it would be to have the ability to filter out our own machine IDs or IP addresses from the view count. This would prevent our backend work from inflating the load statistics. However, this is just a small niggle, and the core product is absolutely fantastic and delivers on all its promises. I have been using Elfsight Widgets for some time now on several of my clients' websites, especially widgets for forms, reviews and social media. I have to say that they are very well made and work as you would expect, or maybe even better! Setting them up is really easy and enjoyable, creation and management are very intuitive and even those with no experience can quickly get great results. When you think you would like the widget to have a function, it most likely does!

The truly amazing thing is the support service. On several occasions, when I needed help or advice, within a few hours a support guy called Pavel, very kind and knowledgeable, answered me and helped me find the most suitable solution to get what I wanted to optimize the functioning of the widgets.

I think Elfsight is super easy to install and use right out of the box. It only takes a few minutes to install on any website and embed it. I really like their customer service, which I think is award-winning or should be because they treat support issues with proactive communication, informing you of what's currently happening and actively solving problems in the back end. Their widgets have so many features available making it too difficult to not find something for any need. They can support almost any website need, and their support team and developers are ready to help you with anything. They provided too many lines of custom coding to me to help me add custom functionality to their pricing tables widget and achieve exactly what I needed! You guys are awesome.
