Elfsight Reviews & Product Details

I use Elfsight because Squarespace's templates are missing at least 25 widgets or features that I need. Either that - or their built in features aren't flexible enough.

I expected the product to work flawlessly. But - what I wasn't expecting was the high level of service and support. This is not an expensive product - so the fact that their development team hopped on a ticket for an issue I had - and had logged into my account, written up some custom code to resolve my issue - that's incredible. This level of support is not something you'd expect to recieve at such a low pricepoint.

This support provides me with the confidence I need to graft Elfsight's apps into every aspect of my site, without having to worry that I'll need to rip and replace in the future.

It's a very simple solution to a requirement we had, and worked perfectly. Allowed us to embed a custom scheduler into our web site to kick off the process of scheduling customers for webinars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They seem to have hit some large scale technical issues which have completely broken the service for us. They acknowledge the problem, but it's been down for days. We initially got a response and engagement from their support, but now we are not able to raise any help when following up. In fact, it looks like our original request for help was deleted. We are unable to raise help via phone. And when trying to post to their community forum, we are met with the similar "broken page" that we are getting from their core service. Very disappointed. Nothing really, there are some widgets that I have had to adapt to an alternative purpose, and sometimes it takes a while to find the right one, but so far there has always been a workaround for what ive needed to do, such is the customisability of the templates. Elfsight has been solid for us. From what is already built and the capabilities, to customer service and response. We reported a bug and within a few days it was completely fixed - with a follow-up to let us know.

The pricing can be confusing. We only want to use 1 widget on multiples sites in multiple variations and there doesn't seem to be a plan that is plug and play for us exactly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Excellent variety of lightweight apps that allow me to offer my clients extra functionality for their websites. Superb social media integration and messenger applications which make it easy for customers to interact with our websites and for social proof and SEO.

Originally, I trialled just a couple of thier apps, they worked so well. I now subscribe to their full package of over 80 different apps, finding myself always checking to see which apps may suit a new client to improve their website.

I use wordpress and I can at times use many different Elfsight apps as plugins on any one website. It would be nice if there was just a single Elfsight plugin that allowed you to choose which apps you wished to load to a site and control them all from a single dashboard. Just starting with it so my experience is limited at the moment. However, it allowed us to resolve an issue for a client that made our month. Browsing through their catalog and I can see we'll need to expand the number of apps quickly to get the best value and greatest flexibility. Very small tech issue on the initial all-in-one reviews app deployment. Their OUTSTANDING SUPPORT TEAM not only identified and confirmed my problem, but RESOLVED the issue OVERNIGHT. Looked at Elfsight Elementor Blocks and Widgets previously at Wordpress.org, but had passed on testing due to the comment the plugin hasn't been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress and the negative user reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
