We believe who you work for is everything - it determines if you love or hate your job, whether you end your day feeling energized or defeated. We're passionate about helping people become the manager they would want to work for. We know management is learned and we built our programs to create excellent management training that is scalable and cost-effective. Our content comes from thousands of hours, coaching and training leaders, over the past decade. Programs are designed with a first principles approach, leveraging neuroscience and psychology-based concepts to create management training programs that are memorable and actually work. At Elevate, we bring together on-demand training, in-person workshops, and coaching to meet teams of all sizes where they are, whether that's a team of 20 or a team of 1,000+, our programs scale with you.

Elevate has been an outstanding partner in supporting our people manager development. Their video training content is high-quality, engaging, and has received rave reviews from our participants. Beyond the content, the Elevate team has been incredible to work with—extremely responsive, collaborative, and always willing to brainstorm and adapt to meet our goals. "Empowering Leaders to Develop Talent and Drive Performance"

What do you like best about Elevate Leadership?

Without a dedicated internal resource, we’re limited with the quality and quantity of content we can design and offer our leaders to learn from that aligns with our objectives. The content they offer allows us to not only save time but ensure we continue to be inclusive with the diverse learning styles in our workforce. Every employee has an opportunity to engage and apply what they learn in a style that best meets their needs. (i.e. live session, video or self-paced learning) This is important for us as we strive to build confident, capable leaders who can develop and lead high performing teams. As a company considering Elevate Leadership, I would recommend taking the time to learn about their various offerings and sharing your learning objectives. This would allow you to learn upfront what offering makes the most sense for your company and would meet your budget. Our budget was quite limited and yet the Elevate Leadership team helped us identify an offering that would help us meet our short-term objectives with room to expand and hit our longer term objectives. What problems is Elevate Leadership solving and how is that benefiting you?

We launched our partnership with Elevate leadership in 2024 to help us address the need to support our learning and development culture and initiatives. We no longer had a dedicated internal resource to lead our L&D programs. Elevate Leadership has been that resource for us. We’re assigned a dedicated resource to help us select courses and design a program that helps us achieve high engagement, continued motivation to learn and an internal community of support across our current and future leaders. The willingness to customize their approach, materials, etc. to our needs has been wonderful, and their team members also do a great job working with us, including pushing back when they think one of our proposed solutions will not be the right approach. Elevate is helping us, well, elevate the leadership and management capabilities of our fast-growing manager and leadership population, from direct 1:1 coaching with managers and leaders at multiple levels, to partnering directly with us to put together a successful and fully customized to our needs multi-day manager training aimed at improving managers' awareness of their strengths and areas of development, growing community connections, and learning best practices for what management means at our company. We have been working with Elevate over the last year and have loved the teammates assigned to our account: Hannah has been great and is always available for questions and information sharing. We have harnessed Elevate's leadership courses to create our first Leadership Success Program for our 30+ people managers. Regardless of tenure and experience, the courses have great insight and information to level up our managers/leaders. Highly recommend them - and this one person HR team truly appreciates them!
