## Elements.cloud Reviews
  ### 1. Empowers Process Change with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

I like the metadata dictionary in Elements.cloud, especially with its impact assessment and field usage features. The ability to connect these to our business processes is invaluable because it helps us know where our configuration meets business processes. This connection is particularly helpful for us as a startup because our business processes often change, and we need to understand how our Salesforce configuration needs to adapt. The setup was very easy too, thanks to the support articles and videos that made the process straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

Nothing to dislike. elements.cloud has helped massively.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Elements.cloud to know what's at risk before making changes to processes or Salesforce configuration, aligning business processes with IT. It helps connect configuration to business processes through a metadata dictionary with impact assessment and field usage.

  ### 2. Perfect to understand what’s really in your org

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Printing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

Elements actually helps you understand your Salesforce org properly.

Before making changes I can quickly see what’s impacted instead of relying on guesswork. That alone has saved a lot of time (and avoided a few potential disasters).

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

There is definitely a bit of a learning curve at the start. Because the platform does a lot, it can take some time to really understand how to get the most value out of it.

Once you get past the initial setup and adoption phase though, it becomes much easier to manage.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves is lack of visibility in my org. Previously changes have been made over time by different people, and eventually no one really knew what depends on what.

Elements gave me a clear view of my org, especially dependencies between fields, flows, objects, and processes. Instead of spending hours investigating impact manually, I could see it straight away.

  ### 3. Brought me to another level of efficiency and clarity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurent P. | Salesforce Technical Consultant and Solution Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

Element Cloud has completely transformed how I manage business processes within Salesforce as a Freelance System Architect.
The ability to visually map workflows and tie them directly to Salesforce configurations is a game-changer. The diagram-led process they are using to design and build on salesforce is exactly what was missing and fustrating me in my previous implementations.
Ease of Use (★★★) – The interface is intuitive, and even with minimal training, you can start mapping processes quickly. The drag-and-drop functionality and visual clarity of process maps make collaboration seamless.
	•	Ease of Implementation (★★★★★) – Getting started with Element Cloud was easy. The setup was smooth, and I was able to integrate it to my ways of working
	•	Frequency of Use (Daily) – I use Element Cloud regularly for process documentation, impact analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. It has become an essential tool in my Salesforce business analysis toolkit.
	•	Number of Features (★★★★☆) – The platform offers a comprehensive set of features, from process mapping to version control.
	•	Ease of Integration (★★★★★) – Seamlessly integrates with Salesforce, making it easy to link processes to system components. The ability to connect with other tools ensures smooth workflow automation.

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

In Ease of use: the number of features can be overwhelming. I would really like if they could guide us into what is needed. For Example, I mostly work on small implementations for my clients. I would love a guided implementation on which diagrams and feature should be used for this specific use case within the app.

I also think they need to update their documentations. Map is now called diagram, and I was a bit confused at first

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Elements.cloud, I faced several challenges in Salesforce business analysis and process documentation:

Lack of Clear Process Documentation – Previously, mapping out business processes was scattered across different tools like Lucidchart or spreadsheets, making it difficult to maintain a single source of truth.
	•	Benefit: Elements.cloud provides a structured, hierarchical process mapping approach that is easy to update and share with stakeholders.
	2.	Unorganized Requirement Gathering & Change Management – Managing Salesforce change requests was inefficient, often leading to scope creep, misalignment, and unnecessary rework.
	•	Benefit: With Elements.cloud, I can track business requirements, align them with processes, and ensure all stakeholders are on the same page before development begins.
	3.	Difficult Impact Analysis & Risk Management – Understanding how a change impacts Salesforce org configuration (objects, fields, automation) was time-consuming and error-prone.
	•	Benefit: Elements.cloud’s impact analysis features help me visualize dependencies and assess risks before implementing changes, preventing costly mistakes.

  ### 4. Centralized Metadata Repository That Simplifies Documentation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ganesh V. | Business Development Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

It gives a single repository of our org’s metadata (objects, fields, flows, automation, integrations) along with process maps and documentation so i can see how things really work. It will be very useful in customer support. I'll use it regularly for updates. The features are completely user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

So far everything seems good i don't have any negative as of now

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of visibility / “black-box” orgs

Many implementations (for example in Salesforce) become opaque: lots of custom objects, fields, automations, integrations — and no one really understands how it all fits together.

  ### 5. Streamlined Process Management with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

I absolutely love Elements.cloud's drag and drop feature for diagrams, which stands out as a game changer in my workflow. This functionality makes managing processes and tying them directly to Salesforce configurations feel extremely natural and intuitive. With the drag and drop feature, I can effortlessly navigate complex workflows without the need for manual entry, as the system reads Salesforce configurations directly. This ease of use is complemented by the tool's accessibility, making it very easy for any team member to get started quickly. The learning curve is minimal, which means that new team members can readily pitch in, enhancing team productivity. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward due to the excellent support from the Elements.cloud team and the comprehensive documentation they provide. Overall, Elements.cloud simplifies process management within Salesforce and makes our operations much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

I find the 'producers' aspect of Elements.cloud to be confusing, especially for new team members or engineers. This has led to issues when onboarding new developers. The guided support available could be improved to better assist in these situations.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Elements.cloud simplifies managing business workflows within Salesforce, thanks to its user-friendly drag-and-drop features. It enables natural process visualization and configuration, facilitating quick team onboarding and enhancing overall efficiency.

  ### 6. Organized and Transparent Documentation for Salesforce Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabri S. | trainer, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

Elements.cloud provides an organized and transparent method for documenting procedures and comprehending how everything works together in Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

New users may initially feel overwhelmed by certain sophisticated features. When working on large projects, the interface may also feel congested.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lowers the possibility of making changes without fully comprehending their effects and aids in maintaining the organization of Salesforce documentation.

  ### 7. Provided valuable metrics the helped me assess my client's Salesforce org.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chip S. | Sr Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

* Automated the process of documenting my client's Salesforce org, which saved me time and
ensured consistency.
* Provided valuable indications of technical debt i could communicate with my client.
* The team at Elements was very willing to help out or even jump on a call to discuss questions about the product.
* The change management features appear to be invaluable for dependency analysis and change tracking, although i have not yet had a chance to use them in practice.
* The hierarchical UPN diagrams are the process diagramming solution i've been waiting for. And the Elements tools for building UPN's were intuitive and user friendly.
* The elements product was easily integrated with my client's org.

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

The tech debt findings actually left me wanting even more. Perhaps it could provide more classification of tech debt so i can better understand the criticality and prioritize my refactoring efforts. I'd also like the tool to better explain exactly how it's deriving some of these metrics. I spent a good bit of time writing my own custom soql to figure out what Elements was doing.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a consultant I can quickly glance at various metrics regarding my client's org and see where there may be risk that impact my project or even opportunities to sell refactoring services.

  ### 8. My review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea Giovanni B. | Impiegato, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

The ability to customize one's activities according to any need

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

A bit too heavy in terms of graphics

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed in responses to Clients.

  ### 9. Insightful information into our Salesforce Org

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heidi G. | Database Coordinator/Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

Elements has been extremely helpful in pinpointing changes made to our Salesforce Org and essentially an audit trail for those changes. If you've used Salesforce as an admin/dev, you know it does not track logs and audit trails well beyond basic field history changes. Object, Apex Classes, and other structural changes are not easily found otherwise. Elements has given us the ability to ensure what's happening when and where, as well as who, which is vital to us as admins

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

The only downside I have found is that at times the chrome browser often does not log me into the right space and I need to manually change it or the URL itself.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Auditing and tracking changes in Salesforce

  ### 10. Elevate your Change Intelligence with Elements.cloud

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

The ability to accelerate time to value by enabling our teams to work collaboratively to define what the business needs and then deliver the updates rapidly, with confidence.

Impact Analysis at our fingertips, which allows us to understand the risk of change and dramatically reduce the time to understand our Salesforce configuration, the risk areas, and the implications of making changes. This gives us a more complete picture of our org.

Additionally, we can turn individual knowledge into institutional knowledge, which gives us a single source of truth and keeps knowledge current/accessible in a centralized location through automatic and continuous documentation.

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

Still a little early for us to tell, as we are still in the Implementation stage, but so far the Elements.cloud team are available to answer any questions or issues. They are constantly updating the functionality to accomodate any changes needed.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping with org understanding and org management, as well as being a driving factor for how our team works on a day to day related to Requirements, Solutioning, and Development in our Change Management process.

  ### 11. Very intuitive and capable toolkit!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

There is so much added value in the platform, it's hard to just pick one thing. If I had to choose I believe I would actually choose the UPN Diagramming -> Story conversion features. Very cool!

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

So much powerful insights can be overwhelming. If there was a detailed instructional guide of "here is where to start, then here, then here" to go through and give examples and specifics along the way, I think that would be helpful. I am new to Salesforce so I did not really know where to start.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization of business processes and addressing technical debt within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  ### 12. Like a swiss army knife

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler B. | Salesforce Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

Elements allows me and my entire Revenue Operations team to have full clarity into what is going on inside our Salesforce org. The way it allows us to very quickly assess risk of changes and audit permissions and has paid dividends since we aquired it as a team.

Elements.cloud is one of those tools that once you've used it on a major project you can't imagine going back to using the famous "Where is this used?" button or searching an entire orgs metadata to find dependencies. If you're a company that values data driven decisions then Elements.cloud is a great example of a product that yields significant asymmetric ROI.

If you use this product be sure to checkout their Chrome extension! I use their chrome extension all the time because I can very quickly investigate any user reported visibility or read/write access issues.

Furthermore, the entire Elements.cloud team is a great group of people to work with-- shout out to Condrad! They're quick to address questions or concerns and their documentation and training material is second to none. There's a LOT of features within Elements so I'd highly recommend spending time in the free Elements.cloud academy.

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

I have come across metadata types that aren't supported in their sync, at least at this time, but that has only been true in very limited and somewhat obscure cases.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elements allows us to access risk quickly and make decisions faster. This allows us to evaluate potential impacts of feature requests and implement them with speed and confidence.

  ### 21. Extraordinary tool to document your Salesforce Org and Business Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

Elements Cloud enables my organization to document business processes, and tie them to Salesforce Meta Data as well as Jira ticketing for change requests. This provides our tech team with a better understanding of the process in order to taylor features & automation while reducing risk and increasing speed for changes. With AI and a few bullet points, the team can have their processes drawn for them and then Jira tickets automatically created from the process.

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

The least helpful is tying meta data to a release for release documentation.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elements provides a solution to document a business process from which change requests can be created - providing the tech team the full picture of what the business is trying to achieve. This allows the tech team to provide a solution that is taylored to the problem the business is trying to solve.

Having the processes and Salesforce meta-data documented along with dependencies is enabling our team to more easily complete an impact analysis so the changes can be more easily estimated and deployed with less risk.

The AI aspects of the tool are empowing business users to create diagrams quickly and easily - greatly increasing adoption of using business process diagrams.

  ### 22. Useful for change reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

I really like the feature for change tracking. It is really useful for keeping source control in order. It is also really easy to integrate.

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

The only downside is that is not so intuitive to use -- I would love to have an onboarding session for customer success

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Is helping me on tracking changes that are not tracked as part of our version control system (git)

  ### 23. If it's not in Elements...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cheryl B. | Platform Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

Elements is central to our change intelligence program. It is integral to aligning our business processes to our technical processes. It allows for our teams to quickly determine where we need to focus efforts and where not to focus.

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

The biggest issue we have is around the sharing of diagrams. It is not scalable for large organizations. I believe they are actively working on it to enable groups.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Diagramming both business and technical processes. Intelligence on components within the platform.

  ### 24. Essential for Salesforce impact analysis

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

I can relate Epics and Stories that represent what users are asking us for and associate those updates directly to Salesforce metadata. It help us identify conflicts across stories included in a single release and has helped collaborate to know who is changing what when. The support team is fantastic and has pretty good response time, but there are lots of self-help resources available. This has become an essential tool for our team and would definitely purchase again.

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

There are little UI gotchas when you're first learning how to navigate the system, but when you're in there daily you quickly learn how to get through everything with ease.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us give business process context around our Salesforce metadata. Allows us to flag items that could be reviewed or deleted in the future.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

Nothing as such. Costing might be issue for some people but it worth.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Changes after new release are hard to sync. But now elements help us to figure out what happened

  ### 32. Good Experience to explore this

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

The way the website designed is good but much more improvement is required.

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

As of now all okay. The navigation & the representation of the site needs to be improved.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used diagramming.

  ### 33. Great multi-use tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

I like the ability to attach instructional documents and videos to help end-users understand objects and fields. I also really like the built-in process mapping ability, including the ability to do sub-process maps within the same app. We have also found it to be useful when determining wider reaching effects of editing or deleting fields within our instance. I can see us using Elements to clean up clutter in our instance when we have time for such a project.

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

I am not a fan of every click opening in a new window. It makes it unwieldy after clicking around for even a few minutes, and difficult to navigate sometimes. Now that we have the product, it's been easy to tell that we are being leveraged to try to get other companies we're working with to use Elements as well. I understand the tactic and see the value in our partners using the same product, but it has caused extra work and unnecessary meetings for us when it is not our priority at the moment in the project and we need to focus elsewhere.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are improving the functionality and accessibility of our internal process maps - and I hope that we'll eventually open them up to more end users. It's also been extremely helpful in giving us more insight into what's in our org and improving our documentation as we add more descriptions and improved labeling.

  ### 34. Elements makes processes clearer to the end user.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Elements.cloud?**

The ability to drill down into specific processes. Also, being able to add resources and their responsibilities, as well as attachments to each process make's for a much clearer picture compared to needing multiple swim lanes and notes.

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

It takes a little time getting used to the UPN format after years of visio and lucidcharts, so additional training would be valuable.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are still at the early stages of using Elements, but we see benefits in documenting our processes and being able to tie the directly to our Salesforce organization, as well as make them more easily digestible to end users.

  ### 35. Getting your arms around your org

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?**

While Elements users are able to add [by .csv ] metadata from other systems, those data points are static and require an outside integration - almost manual - to gather the information.

**Recommendations to others considering Elements.cloud:**

Register and dive in (although, that is counterintuitive regarding our purpose). Nonetheless, don't let the perfect be the enemy of the useful.

**What problems is Elements.cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability at a moments notice to understand what is happening in my org

  ### 36. Better than most but not great
