I like Electric because the dashboard is very helpful, and provisioning a laptop for a new employee is really easy. Previously, it was an intensive process that could take 1-2 hours, but now with Electric, I am able to pick a laptop and ship it to an employee within 5 minutes. IT Hub gives us excellent, direct insight into our fleet of machines and their status. The platform makes it very easy to see where the issues are and how to solve them. The product is relatively new and there were a few hiccups and technical issues in the early days. That said, Electric has addressed them all quickly and efficiently and implemented changes to keep them from recurring in the future. There appears to be no way to provision new devices automatically. A lot of setup still needs to be carried out manually, and while designating other team members to be responsible for the manual steps is helpful, it would be even better if the software could manage these processes automatically.
