What do you like best about Ekos?

Ekos provides my team and I everything that we need to manage our production from inputs to output, the fully cycle of inventory management from ingredeitns to final product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ekos?

Sometimes it can be clunky, and slow. The mobile app is improving, but not as polished as it could be yet. Sometimes there are non-intuitive ways to get things done. The level of self-customizaiton is a bit lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ekos solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Ekos?

- UI on Ipads and Iphone are not great

- If different roles had access to more reports

I love the ekos team. Ive worked closely with product dev team and they are a hug part of use contiuing to use ekos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ekos?

Sale staff was nice, beyond that just frustraiting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ekos?

We purchased for the wine cellar software and it was a disapointment. It was very complicated and required data imput at inoportune time. Software like this should be helpful and easy to use and speed your job up and not make it more complicated and frustrate you at your busiest times. When talking to customer support(you have to pay extra to talk to a live human) they would brush off questions and concerns and ask if I had used a feature that I didn't even need. What problems is Ekos solving and how is that benefiting you?

Honestly other than creating a great deal of stress in my life EKOS solved nothing and provided no benefit. We have canceled their service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
