I help run a small, all-volunteer nonprofit and eKomi has been super helpful getting us to leverage their platform within our budget. Part of our nonprofit mission is digital marketing education, and the staff at eKomi helped us put together a great seminar presentation about review collection/management. The was very educational, full of great data, and not salesy keeping with our mission. They've also offered to write a blog post about our nonprofit to help promote our programs. The benefit we see in sticking with eKomi is the integration with Google search results and AdWords. Having a star rating in those results is a powerful tool! If you go off-platform you lose your reviews, so it's important to understand that risk up front and to continue to solicit reviews cross-platform (G+, Facebook, Yelp, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
