**What do you like best about eimmigration by Cerenade?**

I’ve been using this software for over 20 years, and it has been the backbone of our firm’s operations. As someone managing a high-volume caseload, it allows us to work on hundreds of cases efficiently while keeping our team aligned. We can easily manage client profiles, reuse data, generate forms, and send complete case packets digitally, saving both time and resources.

One of the biggest advantages that we've been able to customize parts of the system to better fit our processes, which adds a lot of flexibility.

Overall, it’s a critical tool for staying organized and scaling operations. Losing it would be incredibly disruptive to our practice.

**What do you dislike about eimmigration by Cerenade?**

I would love to cut and paste templates from Word and to be able to give my clients easier access to review their cases and the status of case processes.

I can set up customizable email templates and reminders so clients know we haven't forgotten them.  This frees up time from providing updates and allows us to focus on getting cases out the door.

**What do you like best about eimmigration by Cerenade?**

I really appreciate eimmigration by Cerenade as my case management system since it provides all the utilities and functions I need to organize my cases, calendar, and invoicing. I love the organization it offers from the home page, allowing me to see anything that is pending or due. The messaging system is a major plus for me because I can keep all client messages in one place, making it easy to track previous conversations and pending items. My clients also like the direct way of getting in touch with me through this system. The most up-to-date version of the forms that it provides is crucial for my business. I found their YouTube videos very informative and their seminar sessions on Fridays were invaluable when I was starting out.

**What do you dislike about eimmigration by Cerenade?**

I tried the integration with QuickBooks and didn't like it. Also, recently they included WhatsApp, but I have never been able to activate it. As for the WhatsApp activation, I simply haven't been able to figure out how to do it. It gives me an error every time I've tried to follow the instructions that were provided by Cerenade. As for the QuickBooks integration, it was just confusing.

I use eimmigration to organize cases, calendar, and invoicing. It helps me track pending tasks and deadlines, offers up-to-date forms, and provides client communication capabilities.

User friendly interface, great capability and cost.  Training new users in how to use eImmigration is a breeze.  The reporting function is amazing.  Customizing the system is a breeze.  It is also by far the most cost effective case management system that we considered.

**What do you dislike about eimmigration by Cerenade?**

Some features I feel are rolled out before they are fully ready.  Initial set up is very important later on down the line, so you really need to be thoughtful about how things are set up and coordinate with their team from the get go.

They've greatly improved their support, so users feel more confident contacting Cerenade first when encountering technical problems.  AI features are improving steadily

EASY TO USE. We have had a very positive experience using Cerenade in our immigration practice. One of the aspects that stands out most is how easy the platform is to navigate.

The system is well organized, and the case structure makes it simple to locate client information, documents, and case notes quickly. For a busy immigration office handling multiple case types such as Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, and U Visa cases, having a platform where everything is centralized and clearly structured is extremely valuable.

The interface is intuitive, allowing our legal assistants and support staff to learn the workflow without a long training period. Features such as case timelines, document storage, and internal notes are easy to access, which helps our team maintain efficiency and accuracy when working on client files.

I appreciate that eimmigration by Cerenade automates tasks that were a bottleneck for us in the past. Our paralegal staff like using it, which has made the transition very smooth. Being able to complete multiple forms at a time with questionnaire data is a huge time saver for us. They have a great video library that explains how to use the various features.

**What do you dislike about eimmigration by Cerenade?**

There is still some information (I think around criminal history) that isn't automatically added to the form addendums and needs to be updated manually. I hope this will be addressed in future release.

It saves time by allowing us to complete questionnaires that populate multiple forms. We're about to start using the eFiling module and anticipate even more efficiency in our processes. This software has already resulted in significant time savings, and we're optimistic about further benefits as we explore more of its features.

I find that eimmigration by Cerenade makes everything easy by clearly laying out the forms and loading things quickly. It's essential for my job as a paralegal to have an immigration database capable of holding all of our client data, which is over a thousand records, and it does this efficiently. The initial setup was very easy, and there were no complaints from anyone on the team.

**What do you dislike about eimmigration by Cerenade?**

Sometimes the eimmigration website crashes and it leaves us with no recourse for getting our work done. It also doesn't allow more than one user to access it at a time.

I use eimmigration by Cerenade for form completion and client data management. It makes everything easy by clearly laying out forms and loading quickly, allowing efficient work with client data, even with more than a thousand clients.

I like how eimmigration by Cerenade seamlessly populates forms with information from the client database, which saves me a lot of time correcting forms. Checking case status on USCIS receipts is so easy, and the information is copied to case logs for easy access. I also appreciate that forms are updated regularly. The initial setup was very easy because their IT department copied my entire database of clients accurately and quickly.

So far I've liked all their features and they're such a big improvement from my database with InsZoom. Feels like an upgrade!

Saves me a lot of time. Once my client's information is entered, it auto populates relevant information on various forms that need to create. Also, Cerenade forms are update quickly which is very helpful these days because USCIS seems to change the forms often nowadays. And whenever I have a question, Cerenade responds immediately most of the time and in no more than a few minutes in other situations. Lastly, I have been working remotely with Cerenade way before Covid (I believe I have been working remotely with Cerenade for over 15 years now.)

None. I am 100% happy with eImmigration.

They are updating a lot of their features to keep up with other systems that offer the same services.

**What do you dislike about eimmigration by Cerenade?**

The notes section in the case profile - you are unable to copy and paste the notes without going into each note, opening it up to  preview, then copy and pasting individually. It would be nice to be able to open all notes and copy and paste them in their entirety. I used to be able to do this by checking all boxes, choosing to print, then hitting cancel print and copy and pasting the fields into a Word Document. After one of the upgrades, this became impossible to do.

they have finally updated their billing system but we have already switched to a different primary service

**What do you like best about eimmigration by Cerenade?**

eImmiration does the fundamentals great.  One time data entry to fill all relevant forms works without a hitch.  Additionally logging case progression is crucial and the ability to pin notes is so helpful.  Additionally, LawPay integration and invoicing siginficantly eleviates having to do double work between book keeping and case management.  But what sets eImmigration apart is the robust customization of forms, fields, reports, and automations,  It is truly  a great sandbox.  Their secret suace is the great training they provide once you begin delving deep into the platform.

Many of the customization tools are not easily obvious to how helpful and powerful they are.  However they do provide great access to personalized training.  Great team.

From the basics of preparing forms, to integrating with bookkeeping, to advanced CRM features and automations, it has become a central part of our entire law practice.

**What do you like best about eimmigration by Cerenade?**

eImmigration has been such a time saver.   Filling out the forms is so much easier, and it is great to have the capability of sending questionnaires to clients as well as efiling some of the forms!  The best part is that if I ever have a question or doubt I can reach out to customer service and I will get a prompt response, and real help, not just an automated response.   As a person who works behind the scenes in the administrator part of eImmigration, this type of support has been invaluable!  Special thanks to Vanessa, who has walked me through many of the functions!

It would be nice if logs or documents entered in client or case section would be automatically available in the other as well.

**What problems is eimmigration by Cerenade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping with keeping track of our cases, and any reminders we need to make.   It has also helped us in minimizing the contact we need to make with our clients, as alot of our questions can be answered via the questionnaires.

Switching to eIMMIGRATION was one of the best decisions at our law firm. The software works, unlike Docketwise, which is a scam. eIMMIGRATION has all the features you need to file any immigration case, A-Z. It is secure, affordable, and has very responsive/helpful customer service free of charge. Docketwise is the exact opposite (you must be on their top-tier plan to access customer support, and their software has too many glitches, is not secure, and is very expensive). eIMMIGRATION is the way to go if you want reliability, data security, and the best value for your money.

**What do you dislike about eimmigration by Cerenade?**

So far, so good.   so far its the best software we have used.   previously, we had used Docetwise, which is less than mediocre at best and does not even come close to eIMMIGRATION

With eIMMIGRATION, we can file and e-file all our immigration cases in the easiest way possible. Their customer service is a phone call away and is always helpful. Our data is secure with them, and they have the most bang for your buck.  i love their forms, billing and accounting as well as document uploading and management

**What do you like best about eimmigration by Cerenade?**

The program is able to populate all the necessary forms for my business and family immigration practice.  It also has a feature to be able to assist in efiling with USCIS, and the NVC.  When a form doesn't work properly, Tech Support responds promptly and usually resolves the issues within hours.   I have been using the product for over 15 years now and don't need the training helps, but they have been extremely helpful to my new staff members as they learn how to use the product.

E-immigration fits my needs  I am not fond of other competing products.

**What problems is eimmigration by Cerenade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the e-filing required with USCIS requires the attorneys to impute the information.  the way to use the efiling wizard and to login to USCIS is an genius idea to avoid issues messing things up.  As it works now, I can have my staff prepare the information and then I can upload it to USCIS when done and not have to type it all in again.

There's nothing that isn't that helpful about eIMMIGRATION. Everything they have is meant to meet the needs of those who use it because you can use all the features.

Filling out forms, giving us reports about the clients, following up on the clients, sending intake questionnaires, have a better experience with the client. It benefits us with statistics about them, and it's easier to see how the business grows by giving us an overview of everything.

The case management system allows me to have all my client matters in one place.  I like the ability to use intake questionnaires to avoid data entry and to prepare cases using the provided template processes.  The support team is very responsive and really helpful.

I find the design a bit clunky.  There can be too many things to click and too many links to follow to get to where I need to be.  I also think some of the steps are a bit counterintuitive, and I don't always have time to watch a video to figure out what to do.

The program helps me save time and minimise mistakes by collecting information from the client and integrating it into the relevant case.  My team and I get get work done faster and with less room for error.

The pricing of the product is extremely reasonable for the many features eimmigration has. You can have many cases on there with each of their related forms. It allows for easy tracking of cases both for the preparation stage and after submission to the relevant authorities. Its easy to learn and constantly updating.

I am not able to use the billing as our law firm has a seperate program they use for that. It means that I am having to use multiple softwares. However, it's so invaluable for my US immigration work and I don't mind this extra step

**What problems is eimmigration by Cerenade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has made the program even more user friendly. The custom fields feature is amazing where you can now adjust questionnaires to ask anything you would like. This is great to ask questions that are often relevant for my clientele due to their home country. It lets me move away from asking these questions manually and having to input the information myself. 
Another very useful feature eimmigration has done is allowing you to submit the form for the client easily when the client forgets to press submit. It also allows you to see when the last time the client worked on the forms so you can see their progress without having to nag them

They have updated their platform and the new version to me seems very easy to use.  In addition, Cerenade has been a solid corporate citizen through their support over the years of the work of the American Immigration Council.

Integrated client database, billing, notes and form population in one place is great. We increasingly use this as our exclusive client tracking tool. The integration with USCIS status update website is also excellent.

There is a lot of information and features in eImmigration, it can be difficult to pull out exactly what you are looking for. Also, a minor quibble, when exporting search results to Excel, they are in a non-number format. It's a quick change in excel, but seems like an unnecessary step. Its a feature-heavy platform, so there is a learning curve.

As above, we use this to track clients, keep on top of billing (if applicable) and quickly fill out complex immigration forms. We initially used it as a form-filling program. Increasingly, as we have learned the features, it is our primary client database tool.

Not as intuitive as other platforms. We haven't given clients access to eImmigration because we're worried it's going to give us more questions about how they get logged in and what they're seeing. We're not ready for that.

**What do you like best about eimmigration by Cerenade?**

I'd say the best thing about eImmigration is their customer service team. Janice always answers my emails within a few hours, if not instantly. They are easy to get a hold of on the phone too! Besides the fast customer service, Janice has sent me a ton of resources to learn to use the software. They do provide training when you come on board, but I like the ease of obtaining all resources/updates/articles because I share them with others at the office. That information is so well-organized that it is easier for us when training others. The software itself has been functional and easy to use for us. There are many reports on there that we are beginning to use which is new for us (we are used to tracking to-do's with excel and task apps). The price is not bad. Of course, managing a law firm using free resources is great but having multiple apps can get hectic so we think it's worth paying for a platform that keeps everything central and organized.  Besides, with most of our office working from home during COVID, it is nice for staff to access everything they need from their browser (we have unlimited storage in their cloud). One feature I really like is the ability to connect to Quickbooks or Paypal so I don't have to use outside billing anymore. The other would be the process steps. When I am adding a case, like an adjustment of status, for example, it helps to have a predetermined list of process steps (you can customize), that way I make sure no one on the team forgets something important. Another helpful feature is the client portal; clients have stated it is simple to use and fill out the information and saves me so much time when creating forms. Oh and one feature I have yet to try but am excited to try is eFiling I-130s and N-400s using the software. I rate 10/10 and am very happy with this company!

**What do you dislike about eimmigration by Cerenade?**

I think the software is really great already but if I have to offer suggestions, I'd say the user-interface could be a little more appealing, color-wise, but that's not a big deal. The software keeps track of the process steps, billing, reminders, client forms, and documents at a pretty good price (compared to other platforms I've used) with five-star customer service and that's what I need.

Take a look at the demo. It will help you make a decision.

I like how many options it has and especially the fact that you can save your information and automatically fill immigration forms without having to enter the information all the time. I also like being able to add things to share with clients- keeps things neat and organized.

It can be overwhelming all the options there are. Sometimes, knowing exactly where to go when you need something can be difficult. For example, forms and papers can be confusing what goes where. There a couple of others but overall great.

Get to know all the things you can do on this program- not everything is apparent but some great stuff. They also offer some great immigration trainings.

Keeping immigration cases has been a challenge that eimmigraton has definitely helped with. Each attorney knows what everything in every case was and all the documents so it keeps cases organized.

The thing that I love about eIMMIGRATIONAIR is that if a new version of a form is released by the government, eIMMIGRATIONAIR detects the change and updates the form in order to be in compliance with the latest legal regulations.

Certain fields containing numbers such as a receipt number or social security number don't auto-populate correctly and have to be modified later once the form has been saved as a PDF document.

Cerenade has done a wonderful job with its Client Training Academy, allowing me to easily train my staff on the basic features of the software. In addition, it has a fairly simple user interface with a separate site for administration of the site to prevent unwanted changes.

**What do you dislike about eimmigration by Cerenade?**

The support site needs some work because I sometimes it feels like it is not updated fast enough with new forms or it takes a while to get things to work again. However, they are generally responsive.

**Recommendations to others considering eimmigration by Cerenade:**

Set it up properly before you enter information. It is harder to make changes once you start using it...and have several clients/cases in it. Also, determine how change will be implemented as you progress with your office. There are a few changes I made after we started that are now to complicated to change so I'm stuck unless I want to go back. Also, determine who will have access to what in the system - your sr. legal person should make the most decisions with others have less authority - it will minimize unwanted to changes or changes that impact the organization as a whole. 

Finally, set aside time to make updates/changes to the system. It's a pain to do it here and there. I now make revisions every 2-3 months with the exception of urgent changes.

This is the software we use to manage my office's immigration cases. It keeps everything organized, manages billing, and reminds me of client/case deadlines.

We like that Cerenade auto-populates into the immigration forms we need.

We are a nonprofit who uses Cerenade to pull reports for our funders and for our volunteer

**Recommendations to others considering eimmigration by Cerenade:**

Cerenade is not helpful when a nonprofit needs to pull reports. "Custom Feilds" is the best spot to put all the data you will need that cannot be found on the first page, but it is tedious to add these fields. We are a nonprofit who uses this to track information on volunteer attorneys and client data but will soon be switching to Salesforce's Justice Server because it will be more user-friendly for our organization and our unique needs as a nonprofit law firm. We also do not like that Cerenade doesn't automatically save data and will be looking forward to that in our new database. However, we do like that Cerenade automatically populates the immigration forms we need for our clients case- as this has saved us time from putting clients information in both our database (which we need to pull reports) and the immigration forms we need to apply for our clients cases (T-Visa's, U-Visa's, VAWA,'s, G-28, Asylum applications, etc). Overall, we would not use this product.

We are being able to track client data. This saves us time.

Now you did mention you liked how our software has the capability of storing client/case info and taking that info to auto-populate forms. The vast majority of our clients, whether it be law firms or non-profits, sign up because of this. It is our “bread and butter” to streamline info starting from attaining info via the questionnaires, to transfer that info into the client profiles, and lastly to transfer that info into the forms within the case. This has your office working more efficient as less time is “wasted” acquiring info from clients as well as re-entering that info onto their forms. Also by creating client and case profiles, you can do numerous things such as set reminders, store documents, keep a log of things, and much more. 

You also mentioned that the system gives you the ability to create custom fields in the client profiles, giving you the option to not be limited in what info can be input in the client or case profiles. This is a feature not many programs allow you to do. With our software, you create these custom fields once, and once created, you can go into any profile and enter info on that field. Giving you a case and client management software that is tailored to you and your organization. 

Now your dissatisfaction comes with reports you can run. The system does come with pre-set reports that you can run from client info, case info, and billing info. What I didn’t see on your review is if your organization had the optional module “Custom reports.” With these custom reports, you can basically create any report with your specific criteria to gather exact information you are seeking. Custom reports can gather information from client profiles (including custom fields), case profiles, calendar, billing, and so much more. This custom reports feature is pretty popular with non-profit organizations similar to yours. They go in and design the custom report once, and once created, they can easily have that report readily available to run, export as a PDF/Excel/Word document.
