User friendly interface, great capability and cost. Training new users in how to use eImmigration is a breeze. The reporting function is amazing. Customizing the system is a breeze. Some features I feel are rolled out before they are fully ready. Initial set up is very important later on down the line, so you really need to be thoughtful about how things are set up and coordinate with their team from the get go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
