1) The nudge to make hiring more standardised and inclusive, with calibration for each requisition.

2) Option to bulk route candidates to initiate an assessment

1) Moving between steps takes a lot of time, the tool can be faster.

2) Reviewing candidates using filter or sorting by assessment scores
