What do you like best about Eightfold AI?

It makes it so easy to view qualified appolicants for your position, both internally and externally. I love that we can calibrate with managers and send messages to candidates using templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?

It used to be hard to see current applications- I do think that it is easier to view now that they made some updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eightfold AI?

I love the UI and ability to match talent within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?

Eightfold can be slow and releases aren't always in line with what our users are looking for. Seems like they cater more to PCS users (which makes sense from a business perspective) but we struggle to get a consistent release process as there are always additional bugs or issues that pop up from each release. Also the data refresh for the dashboards lags and we have never gotten a clear reason as to why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
