They assisted my company in finding an SVP level leader

**What do you like best about Egon Zhender?**

They were very professional, receptive, and sent over quality candidates

**What do you dislike about Egon Zhender?**

VERY expensive.... They charge you a flat fee, plus an additional cost once the position is filled. We paid almost the same cost of the salary for the employee we filled for their services. 

**Recommendations to others considering Egon Zhender:**

Ask to speak to references that have used their services before who are companies of similar size and industry to yours. It could be beneficial to determine if the cost is worth it or not. 

**What problems is Egon Zhender solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped us fill a very senior level position that would've taken 2x a long to fill had we completed our search internally only.
