There is nothing I dislike about Egnyte, but we would like to see more ala carte features available to all plans.

We would also like more granular roles and permissions for our technical team to perform specific tasks like cold storage recovery without having access to sensitive data.

With Egnyte, I have a reliable place to store and access all of my work whenever I need it, making it the perfect choice for file sharing. With this service, I can easily sync my files across all my devices and access them from anywhere. When dealing with large amounts of data or collaborating with colleagues, the time saved by quickly and efficiently uploading and downloading files is invaluable. In areas where mobility is critical, the platform's ability to provide access from any device - at home, in the office or on the road - has proven to be a significant benefit. Its large storage capacity is one of its most notable features, but what's even better is that it automatically organizes the information it stores. I also like the fact that I can create custom instances; the storage space it provides allows you to import data from different devices (phones, laptops, computers, etc.), which is handy because it prevents your system from slowing down and gives you access to your data whenever you need it. Thanks to Egnyte, I was able to establish engagement and sharing mechanisms for constant file sharing, which has a great impact on our day-to-day business. Our company's sensitive and confidential data is protected thanks to its advanced encryption, role-based access restrictions and compliance with numerous security requirements, such as GDPR and HIPAA. The edge apps on all our devices really help with the mobility of our data collection on projects. It has been easy to install and start using immediately, customer support is extremely fast on response times. These are all critical aspects for us since we use Egnyte on a daily basis. We were hesitant to switch to a cloud-based system as we have a considerable amount of data, however Egnyte has been a fantastic solution for us.
