I like that Egnyte has many features to help you stay organized. It also has unique features to help you track who is on the website, the activity, and even how many times a certain file is entered. Also, uploading files is very easy with the drag-and-drop feature. Overall, it is a simple website that lets you store all your files easily and securely. i like how when given access to a file folder, you are able to easily copy it, move it, or rename it -- it's really helpful when communicating across different departments at work or to just drop and send a file to a coworker Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
one thing that could be improved is how when you view a file in its entiretly and you opt to go back to the main file, it refreshes the entire page and you have to scroll down to find the file you were viewing once again. i understand that it's helpful to refresh in case someone else edited something at that same time, but sometimes it ameks working on egnyte super tedious when i need to quickly view a picture and rename it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how you can search by file type, and the results come up so quickly. Egnyte has been extremely fast and reliable. We use it as an alternative to a traditional file server and it has been a great solution. Customer support was very helpful when first getting started and adding users. Being able to access files from multiple devices and share files directly from our file structure has been a big improvment to our coordination workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only feature missing for our firm is being able to host central Revit files like a traditional NAS setup. The Egnyte team seems to be working on that and I hope to move our central models from Autodesk's platform to Egnyte in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
