The plateform offers a great variety of accomodation options at competitve prices, making it easy to find the right choice for different needs. The ease of implementation and integration into our system was seamless, and it's been incredibly user-friendly for both myself and my team. I would like the ability to create a new booking from an existing booking. That way the traveler name and hotel location are auto filled by the software so that all I have to do is enter new travel dates. We’ve been using Egencia as our travel management solution, and I’m really impressed with how well it integrates with our other systems. The app is intuitive and easy to use, which makes booking and managing travel so much smoother for our team. Their customer service has also been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions. Egencia has been helpful for managing our business travel, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. While the chatbot is fine for initial questions, I would prefer 24/7 access to a human representative for more complex issues. There should be an easier way to bypass the bot when needed. Also, the lack of integration with Norwegian airlines is a bit frustrating, as I can’t modify reservations through self-service and need to call customer support for changes. when something goes wrong there is nobody in charge to make decisions.
service agents don't know what they are doing. I talked to 4-5 different agents and they kept changing how the process works. service consistency is non existent.
In some case the service fee is 50% of what the actual travel item is.

Egencia is easy to navigate and has the capability from small to large companies for travel needs. The tool is easy to navigate and my account mgr is excellent. The access to a Community for questions is very helpful to a system admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Egencia is a user friendly program. It is self explanitory and easy to read. I like that i can book the hotel and flight, car as needed in one time sign on. I use Egencia almost daily. I am using for bookings and for expenses. I havent had to use or contact customer service alot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
when there is an error and when you cancel it still hits the credit card and then you have to wait for the credit. Ie. I booked a flight for a gentleman to find out the wrong information was given so i had to cancel the flight and start over. What I like best is all the information I need is in one place. While booking a hotel I may need a rental car or flights to multiply cities and all this can be done in one visit to Egencia. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of locating travel fares, making travel arrangements. Amex GBT Egencia provides a wide-range of flights, lowest airfares & hotel stay in comparison to direct air/hotel bookings.
