It would be helpful when booking a flight to be able to choose alliances after you select search - I will forget to select that on the initial page. There was an issue with the payment of a reservation as the accommodation could not charge the money from the virtual business card. When booking flights, it will list the carriers that a user prefers first making it easy to choose between the options. They will also automatically monitor booked flights, and if a lower price is offered for the same flight, they will adjust it accordingly. Their customer service makes it easy to talk to a real person and all of my issues or concerns have always been resolved fairly quickly. **What do you dislike about Egencia by Amex GBT?** One downside is that if I want to edit the details of a flight (e.g. roundtrip vs. one-way or switch airports) one has to go back to the home screen and refill the filters. This presents a slight inconvenience. Another thing that could be improved is adding an existing reservation to a group trip.
