What do you like best about eGain Conversation Hub?

What do you dislike about eGain Conversation Hub?

The implementation was a little bit of a struggle. It took much longer than planned. Their support was very professional and eventually with the help from our internal IT department got it to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall it is a great product. Many features are offered and will not only enhance your customer satisfaction but your internal productivity as well.

What do you like best about eGain Conversation Hub?

I like this platform because it offers an effective communication channel for customers, the platform offers you all the tools so that you can attend to customer interactions in an optimal way, I like that it has an artificial intellegency system that serves you of support to answer frequently asked questions and keep the client online, I like it because you can integrate all the social networks of the brand in a same session and attend from Egain to the clients, you can answer chronologically since the program allows you to see a list of questions and also allows you to classify them. What do you dislike about eGain Conversation Hub?

So far we have used egain with total normality and it has been efficient, I have not found something that I do not like about the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service now has new horizons are no longer effective phone calls, or attentions at the counter, people expect to see the active brands in the networks and that from this medium they solve their concerns, so I recommend applications such as egain that They are one step ahead of all customer needs and provide us with the necessary tools. What do you like best about eGain Conversation Hub?

What I like most about eGain is how easy it is to use for business users, easy to implement new knowledge, conversations and emails. Definitely has many aspects in favor, allows companies to provide excellent customer support through multiple channels, including email, chat. The other thing that pleases me is that most of our customers who try the chat seem to like it. I think it's an excellent option for those people who want to have a flexible schedule. They give people the opportunity to learn and grow with the company. This software offers a large number of services that will help the company to be closer to providing a high quality service.
