It's very educating. Helps to develop our skills. Kind of brings an individual interest to the right place. Also, the tool is very helpful for the current generation. It's competitive as well.

It is a very good application to create files for each registered client since it allows a configuration where you can obtain all their capacities and records, this helps to get everything organized and allows you to know everything about the clients, to know what they can grant to improve the projects and know how they can improve business processes, it also has a very affordable price which allows you to use this service more frequently and adapts very well to any requirement you need, apart from allowing you to send documents in a very easy and simple way by email either photos, videos and files.

**What do you dislike about Efficy CRM?**

We have had a problem with their technical support since it is poorly developed because its response very slowly and does not solve problems instantly, which is a nuisance and attracts delays because it does not give you any response and one certain occasion it can waste time. Apart from that, its search engine is a bit outdated since it is a bit slow when using it and sometimes its use gets stocks, which means that the search is not found properly.

It is incredible because it helps you to get to know your clients well, their capabilities and benefits that they can offer you to improve your sales, it helps you to send any registered document or file easily and without any problem, and it also allows me to order your sales manager and project manager activities so you can have a clear view fo all your future activities and can offer features to help you sign up more customers.

Efficy issued to send documents by email either to our users or clients since it gives us a function where we can send files, images photos and videos easily and simply, this helps us increase the communication capacity with any user and client. and allows us to obtain our mos active emails when using it, which is why it id s fantastic use for us, we also use its interface as a means of information about its use and what benefits it can generate for you since it is very well structured and explains everything about this system in a very cool and easy way

**What do you like best about Efficy CRM?**

An excellent software for its efficiency to help companies increase their customers and
sales due to its great modality of systems that allow users to work with full
confidence and good performance in their work. One of the features that I love about this
platform we can say that it is its interface since its design is very easy to use and adapts
very well to the multiple uses that are required to create campaigns, the system allows having
better communication with customers because you can quickly learn about their
actual needs. Another of the wonders that can be said that Efficy contains is that it has
with a very fast and precise search system, this platform has a great
structure to provide satisfaction to its users.

**What do you dislike about Efficy CRM?**

Some of the technical problems that you have presented is that when you work with large
amounts of files whether videos, images or presentations your system locks up a lot, your
cost is quite high compared to many CRM platforms that compete with Efficy.

Efficy is a platform that despite needing some small improvements, it is quite functional to use in any business or company, it is very easy to use, very innovative, easy to implement and provides a very pleasant experience, its cost is a bit high but it is worth paying for such good service

Efficy allows for better communication between colleagues and departments, and better customer management. The application is very comprehensive thanks to its calendar, tasks, selections, etc.

I did not find any real flaws in the application. For some older colleagues who are less experienced with computers, it may seem a bit complicated at first, but they quickly adapted.

While very succesful in the small or medium business group, Efficy still has some steps to take in order to be more appropriate for enterprise level companies.

Mainly for us it was interactive using this software given its interface so simple and designed for all types of clients who may frequent our company, it is also possible to associate it with the marketing system to amplify the service and reach more users in this way, it captures more clients and makes sales is incredible how he works and allows us to save time and money very happy.

The only complaint that our team has regarding this software is that the large number of features and functionalities makes exploring all this exhausting and cumbersome for a single person. Other than that, we have not detected negative characteristics during its use.

This tool is perfect for small companies whose action plan includes monitoring customer activities since they have at their disposal functions such as territory management, segmentation, budgets and offers, collaborative project management that are necessary for that customers are attracted to marketing campaigns and are fixed users.

Efficy CRM is a software with a very friendly interface, it has Document Management that helps to keep everything in order, and I can keep it in the cloud and access them whenever I need it, Customer relationship management this is a task that results very easy to forget certain details and all customers are a priority so Efficy CRM helps you to carry out an effective follow-up where everyone is happy, Marketing campaign management is much easier with Efficy CRM with the contact list at hand is more simple to conduct email marketing and best of all automated.

I love it because the visualization and analysis of data is very correct and also instantly, being able to carry out collaborative projects can bring monitoring and communication problems with each member of each project, but with Efficy CRM it is solved, you have everything at hand, All the ideas or tasks that have been scheduled can be discussed through the Efficy CRM internal Chat and thus we are always recording all the changes and the tasks executed. We enhance our project presentations with videos and images that we can take from the same software, so it really is an excellent software to manage everything. Being able to really follow up on clients, tasks and scheduled meetings with your link and direct access to the action list is amazing.

The ease of use, cloud based and its flexibility are the aspects I like best about Efficy. The interface is very intuitive and works well. The fact that I can access information from any place, at any time, through any browser is fantastic. I can always have a look in my customer database. The flexibility is a result from its architecture where I can connect any item to any item. It is not hierarchical, like other system.

Being a cloud based system, accessed from the browser means the performance is not always as fast as I would like. I understand why and it is a issue I have no problem accepting as a side effect of being able to work from any place at any time.

i have been in charge to reorganize all our "knowledge" within the company and after 3 months of research we have decided to implement efficy. 
We have been implementing this tool in 2011. we have 5 different departments with 5 different needs and we have with Efficy to help our different needs.
- amazing flexibility to customize your own process, fields, lookup etc...
- very good presentation. "flat" design straight to the point.
- good communication with the supplier to move forward your project.
If you are looking for a tool that will support different specific needs from sharing information,  dealing with sales needs, managing pool of pictures, you will make the right choice with this tool.
We had also the possibility to "feed" more than 80% of our website with information coming directly from Efficy (text, pictures, profiles, etc..).

The great flexibility is sometimes "challenging" in the sense that due to the fact that we can add so many features... sometimes it could be disturbing for the users and for the project manager to follow.

One of the main challenge for us what to have multiple "database"... 1 database = 1 department...with Efficy we currently have 1 single database to serve 5 departments which is great. no more duplicate.

All information I need easily available no matter where I start looking : contact, companies, activity, projects, sales opportunity, agenda,… From there I can navigate to any other linked information.
Efficy CRM is ready to use. I call them to ask a database and the next day I was ready to work on it with all main functionality available.
A clear view on my agenda and todo list, direct access to project and opportunity status allow me to manage my time efficiently as I work mainly on customers ‘s premises. I can access it with my laptop, Ipad or even cell phone on the go.
If I need to work on specific data I can use the Query manager to filter information and export in Excel.
The Profile manager allow me to sort contacts by interest and send theme targeted emailing.

Basic feature and working information is available on line. When you need to go more in specific details you need to call the support or send email.

I have looked at many CRM and this one is the best for me. Opensource software can do everything in theory but you have to spend months and the help of developper to adapt it to your need. With Efficy everything is already there and working.

Multi device solution is enabling me to use Efficy everywhere. It therefore pushes you to make updates on the projects you are working on. Next to this it automatically creates a paperless office whilst keeping the overall view on anything you work on.

**What do you like best about Efficy CRM?**

I like the document management, the link between all entities (a doc can be linked to a contact, a company, a meeting, a task...), the design (simple to use), the project management (simple & clean).

The BI tools (Qlik Sense) is a great plus, and the mobiles Apps too.

The solution is Cloud or on premise, and can be customized.

**What do you dislike about Efficy CRM?**

The design could be a little bit more improved (lots of grey), but in the future version it may be improve to be more colored
