Regarding faxes, they are heavily reliant on your document's memory or the recipient's fax machine printing speed or traffic. As soon as our service receives a fax completion response from the recipient, a report will be generated and then archived to your web account and sent to your email address at the same time. What do you like best about eFax Online Fax Service?

I like that eFax Online Fax Service is fast and easy to navigate. It's valuable because patients need certain things quickly, and eFax is able to assist with that. I also found the initial setup to be very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eFax Online Fax Service?

A few months ago, there was a change in how faxes are viewed. You used to be able to open up the fax directly and it was viewable, but now you have to click a link to view it. This takes more time and can be challenging for office members who are not so tech-savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eFax Online Fax Service?

Almost everyone has gone to email for moving documents around. But, for the occasional need for a fax machine, Efax is perfect. It's easy, fast and reliable and the rates are great! Plus the ability to login on the go and fax is a great advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eFax Online Fax Service?

The only thing that Efax doesn't do (or at least I don't know how to make it do), is give me a fax confirmation. I realize it can't do that immediately in most cases because it takes a little while for most jobs to be completed. But, it would be helpful to get a confirmation in my email when the job is completed, or notification if it is unable to send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eFax Online Fax Service?

I like that with eFax Online Fax Service, I don't need to have a physical fax machine anymore. It allows me to send PDFs directly without printing documents, which makes the process much simpler. Plus, it saves paper. The initial setup was very easy; just setting up the number was straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eFax Online Fax Service?

I hate the delays. I hate how long it takes for a fax to go through because a lot of times I'm on the phone with IRS. I send a fax. And then I have to sit there and wait for five minutes before it actually goes to them. And then they have to wait for a while to receive it on their end. It's just a very time consuming process, whereas a fax machine I were to buy one, would be much faster. So if they could improve the turnaround time, it'd be ideal. I like the simplicity of eFax Online Fax Service, and how easily manageable it is. The ability to sort faxes into folders is really helpful, as it allows others to quickly view folders to find legitimate faxes from random ones. Assigning tabs also helps.
