I love eFax because my clients can send me a fax their normal way and I get all my faxes in PDF in my email so I don't need a landline to receive faxes any longer. I think if you are close to your limit of the subscription you have then maybe a reminder email goes out to say you are at this currently or send an email with the additional charges. One month I had multiple charges on my statement and I didn't know why and I sent an email which they responded quickly to and let me know that I went over one month. The online web portal can, at-times, be buggy and requires us to manually log out and subsequently log back in to complete any actions after sitting idle.
