Maybe a few more business templates for meetings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use, with no learning curve, is what attracted me to EdrawMax. In EdrawMax, the icons and controls are where they are logically supposed to be on the screen. In competitor software, I used to struggle a lot even with basic alignment of objects in the screen, but with EdrawMax, this process is a built-in feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LAYERS EXPORT:
I am a generation of MS Visio, but dropped it for EdrawMax. However, the inability to have layers exported as part of the PDF file is a big deal. It is always great for presentation purposes to toggle the layers on/off when taking someone through your chart. It would be tremendously powerful to have the option to export the PDF to include layers by default, with the layers fully having the same interactivity in the exported PDF as it is in the app.
GUI THEMES:
It would be great to have various additional themes in the app, allowing the user to have the customization possible in apps like PDF Xchange Pro, where the user can customize the GUI theme and colors to their taste. These are, however, not deal breakers for me at this port to revert to the previous apps for diagramming! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Multiplatform Software (I use the linux version).

Its well-designed interface allows any user.
Regardless of experience level, to create complex diagrams without a steep learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm a fan of how easy it is it draw wire diagrams and process flow maps that are as functional as they are beautiful. I'm an engineer working with several operators to assemble my electrical boxes, the easy to understand UI along with the ability to make custom symbols that reflect what they will be physically handling saves us so much time and confusion. I can easily implement new hardware additions to the library and integrate everything with minimal back-tracking of work. I use this weekly to update my team on new changes, and have never had any issues requiring me to seek customer support because everything seems to be well planned and thought out. Sometimes with many wires in a wire diagram the wire that passes over another wire will be graphically shown behind the other wire and it requires manually changing the position order. Not a huge deal, but it would be great to not have to review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Over the years, I have tried several programs for creating flowcharts, but this is definitely the best.
There are several key features:
- The ease of placing elements on the screen, along with the ease of connecting them and managing layers in the scheme.
- The number of elements and how easy it is to extend the workspace.
- Proprietary cloud storage (Does not depend on third parties).
- Import, export, and printing options.
- Easy implementation in a work team. The ability to edit elements and collaborate online at the same time is a feature that all software should have today.
- In the early stages of a project, where it is necessary to define a process or define an architecture, it is practically a daily mandatory use.
- Customer support has acceptable response times (I haven't used it much, but when I have, it is quite fast). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are two issues that Edraw Max needs to work on:
1. The integration of functionalities across all versions of the app. On Windows, the use is quite easy and comfortable, but it has more functionalities and customizations of fonts and styles that make the changes made in the Windows version not reflected on the Web. Or those changes are lost when working on the Web version.
2. A more competent mobile version. Many times I have found myself needing to view or modify a flowchart on my phone (either from the web or in the Android app) and it is not comfortable, it is difficult and is recommended only for consulting the flowcharts, not for editing them. EdrawMax makes me easy to use by accessing in web, desktop and mobile. The UI interface is user friendly and helps me to create architecture diagrams for my technical use, mindmaps for brainstorming exercise and
flowcharts as well. There are samples and templates already available readily which simplifies my job and saves time. The collaborative features helps to connect with my team better. Overall it’s a great tool helping me visualize ideas quickly and work more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although the tools comes with great features, it can be improved with flexible export options with additional formats for easy customization. Also, managing complex diagrams can sometimes feel difficult in terms of viewing layout. Improving with intuitive layer management system would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First of all, I use a MacBook, so Wondershare EdrawMax was the perfect alternative to Visio, which isn’t available for macOS.
What I really like about it is the vast collection of templates and symbols, which makes creating diagrams, flowcharts, and mind maps quick and easy. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, and it supports multiple file formats, including Visio (.vsdx), allowing seamless collaboration with others.
I also appreciate the cloud storage integration and cross-platform support, which let me access my work from different devices. Plus, the ability to export in various formats like PDF, PNG, and SVG makes sharing my projects effortless.
But the best part of all is that Wondershare EdrawMax offers an unlimited subscription with no expiration. That means I can use it forever without worrying about renewals, making it an excellent long-term investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Wondershare EdrawMax has many great features, there are a few things I dislike:
The only thing i don’t like is share alot of creative and professional designs that letting me using it. What I don’t like that most of designs it’s not creative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Wondershare EdrawMax to create floorplans and design layouts for retail stores, showrooms, and residential clients. The ability to build a library of customized icons combined with the many varients makes this program supreme. I appreciate the robust software system and the detailed and accurate tools. The tutorials make it easy to keep up with new tools and AI opportunities. The times that I have needed to contact customer service they were helpful, efficient, and worked with me to make sure the issue was resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found that some of my older floorplans (5+ years old) do not always open effectively with the newer updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used eDraw for several years. I am am home remodeler and primarily use the "floor plan" feature. It's quite easy to use but there are some very frustrating things that I'll describe in the other box. Maybe if there was just a version for floor plans. I hardly use any of the other features. I wish there was a 3D feature in floor plans so I could turn my floor plans into nice visuals for my clients. I do not like that when you add text to a floor plan (perhaps a measurement) you create the text box and when you click away, the text gets bigger. So every single time I have to reduce the text size. I wish there was a meauring tool to do things like measure the distance between objects. Yes, I can use the dimensioning tool, but it places the measurement at the end which is typically covered up by an object. I'd like to see more updated objects.
