Ecwid Pricing Overview

It's user friendly and intuitive. I'm not a "techy" person and it was easy to set up my online store. They have so many things you can integrate in your site. They have third party apps that you can or remove for low monthly fees depending on the app. You can customize a lot of things without being techy. You can add extra pages. It's for someone who wants to quickly get up and running with their store without a lot of extra "fluff". THe customer service is amazing! The app runs so smooth and is easy to maneuver. They have tutorial videos on YoutTube, they have very useful articles. They even have a free version if you just want the basics! I am a small business owner and first time online shop owner and they have made things very smooth for me. They also listen to customerfeedback. Many people requested the ability to add pages (me included) and 2 months after my request, I get a follow up that the feature has been enabled!! I was so happy! I use it every single day (multiple times a day sometimes) and it regularly gives me reports, it's easy to process orders and communicate with your customers. The only downside is that trying to do any kind of very specific customization for your site is going to be very costly but that's why they offer the 3rd party apps and they are working to see how they can improve. I also think that if you get a site/online shop with ECWID, it's not right for someone who wants to customize every little thing.
