Anything that I can't find in the help pages, I reach out to a representative and they are quick to respond. **What do you dislike about ECP?** There are multiple ways to do most tasks and that is sometimes hard to teach to new users. **What problems is ECP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Staff communication has increased as it has all been streamlined thru ECP. **Official Response from Cale Guin:** > Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Customer service are always willing to help and recognize issues that may be a requirement and find a solution to keep within regulations. ### 3. Also can give access to hospice and other agencies to review their patients charting. **What do you dislike about ECP?** Not able to do Post falls on there. Not able to look at medication list when destroying meds to look for RX number. **Recommendations to others considering ECP:** N/A **What problems is ECP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fire Drills and other maintenance can be scheduled in ECP ### 4. Once you do it's great! **Recommendations to others considering ECP:** It has all you need for documentation and the ECP support team is phenomenal!! **What problems is ECP solving and how is that benefiting you?** General usage questions, how to get this to go there type thing.
