The dashboarding features are amazing because they allow us to pull all relevant information and display it in a way that makes everything understandable at a glance. I also appreciate that the dashboards help free up time from management since they get alerted if there's a problem with submitted records, and if not, they don't have to worry. The initial setup was very easy, and the software is easy to use. Plus, the customer support is excellent. **What do you dislike about EcoOnline?** At times, setting up custom dashboards can be complicated, but that's not a failure of EcoOnline rather just a side effect of the dashboards running off of Looker, and us pushing the system to its limits. **What problems is EcoOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** EcoOnline ensures complete, timely record-keeping for regulatory compliance in health, safety, and environment. I have requested a confidential site just about every year I've worked GCEC. I have confidence it will happen one of these days. **What problems is EcoOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** EcoOnline solves the logistics and organization of tens of thousands, if not over a hundred thousand documents. Also, it's inconvenient not being able to have a PDF form attached to the notification email. The main challenge we’ve faced has been our own team’s reluctance to embrace technology. Allows us to update and communicate out policy's, incidents, and communications in a few clicks. Can provide the most up to date information pre-quals, bulletins, stats and anything else our clients are requesting. Training tickets are being tracked by more then one person and the employee and supervisor are getting the expiry notifications so we can stay on top of our employees trainings. ### 24. I like to have everything in one place that is easy for the team to access. The modules for risk assessemnt are of particular use to us and include all of the relevant fields that allows us to produce and manage this aspect of H&S management. Our next step will be to include our EHS training logs, which will help us to idenbtify any shortfalls. **What do you dislike about EcoOnline?** We've only been uysing it for aboiut six months, so far we've not found anything to dislike. Maybe as we become more experienced there might be some areas that we would consider for improvement, for sure we will inform the team and help to make life a little easier for us all. **What problems is EcoOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're using Engage to reorganize all of our EHS documentation as it is straightforward to use. ### 25. This supports better engagement from employees who will have to adopt a different way of working, a system that is flexible enough to meet them more than half way, is better than a rigid system which they have to adapt to. I also like Insights and the reporting suite, which really comes into its own in a data rich environment **What do you dislike about EcoOnline?** The inconsistent methods for inputting back office data, this only impacts the admin team who build and manage the system, some drop down options are entered one at a time, and then again for each group/module, and other sets of data are copied and pasted in (such as reporting group) very easy, very quick and very functional. A minor niggle really, as we are not building it every day, nevertheless, the question was asked... one other thing, the erratict behaviour of the Engage app on iPhone **What problems is EcoOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are introducing a single platform for all of our business areas to report and manage their H&S information, the data is transparent, in a single location, and can easily be reviewed for performance and compliance. the ability to assign, track and monitor actions is paramount to give true accountability (Something we are calling Active Task Management). The reporting suite is also fabulous, especially insights. The ability to create our own classifications and categories for actions and outcomes has presented us with the best trends in our history, and has allowed us to create a series of leading indicators, which can be analysed to identify areas of high risk and the potential to head off an incident before it happens ### 27.
