What I like best is the incredible customer support, specifically from team members like Anna. Whenever I run into a technical issue or find something difficult to understand, the support team is there to explain it simply or even fix it for me directly. Some advanced layout or responsive adjustments can be a bit tricky at first, especially when working with more complex sections. However, once you understand how EComposer handles structure and spacing, it becomes much easier. Once you get familiar with it, designing pages becomes very easy and flexible. One thing I really appreciate is how many pre-built elements are available, which makes it possible to create custom layouts without needing to code. Shopify themes often have design limitations even when you purchase premium ones, but with EComposer it’s much easier to tweak layouts and build pages that look exactly how you want.

Occasionally I’ve noticed that image sizes I previously set change slightly and the layout can look a bit off. It seems like this may happen after certain updates. I previously used Elementor on Wordpress and when our business made the switch to Shopify and could not have done it without Ecomposer. Its even better than Elementor and the customer support is truly exceptional! Especially Susan, she is so attentive, understands exactly what I mean and has an extensive knowledge of css and the capabilities of her platform. There is nothing to dislike about Ecomposer, they could definitely expand on their elements and templates (with more dynamic elements that improve the users experience) but no complaints whatsoever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've looked at a few Shopify page builders and found EComposer the best combination of features and ease of use, plus the first three pages are free. Now I have a professional-looking homepage. I also found their customer service very responsive any time I had some small issues or questions. Recently Andy helped me out with one small button display issue, and he fixed the problem in few minutes. Overall a great quality product with excellent support. I didn't really find any downside, other than of course that the full product is not free :-) I am still using the free version with the max 3 free pages. Perhaps they could offer another cheap price tier with 5 pages before jumping to a higher price for those of us on a small budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to build custom landing pages and custom sections. Integrates well with Shopify elements. Support is also top-notch. I needed a section modified, and Anna at EComposer support was very helpful in solving my issue and making the necessary changes. It would be nice if the free plan offered a limited option to export. Since I'm a developer if I create a theme and use EComposer I'm not sure how to export the EComposer custom pages to the new client. Overall no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I know nothing about building a webpage so EComposer helps to make the process easy for me, and if I do get stuck, the support is wonderful! Today David helped me work out a few things that I could not figure out on my own, and he did it quickly and was super nice about it.
