
What I like best is the incredible customer support, specifically from team members like Anna. Whenever I run into a technical issue or find something difficult to understand, the support team is there to explain it simply or even fix it for me directly. Sometimes the app feels a bit too technical for someone who isn't an 'IT expert.' There are so many settings that it can be overwhelming to find exactly what I need to change. Luckily, the support team is always there to fix it :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
