What do you like best about Eclipse Che?

Eclipse che is great for reducing the time to setup the developer environment for new onboarding. Earlier it used to take atleast 1 week to get all the development tools installed. With eclipse che that time have reduced to 1 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eclipse Che?

We will get suggestions while writing the code, and there are too many shortcuts for many things.

I have been using it since my Engineering 1st year. At first, it took some time for being used to it. But after a while, it is user friendly

I will say that the Eclipse ide is one of the best platform that developers uses to perform coding operations and building projects. I am using Eclipse ide since when I was a fresher. Working on eclipse che is always such a delight! The interface is user-friendly and very easy to navigate, and the overall performance of the IDE is very smooth and easy to understand even for a beginner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eclipse Che?

Even though eclipse che is far better than the older versions of eclipse that I have worked with, the debugging part of the application could be made better, and I'm not particularly a fan of the fact that the max time for a workspace is 8hrs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eclipse Che?

It has a very great user interface where drag a drop is provided which makes it very easy to access the UI and create or build great things. Apart from this I like the plugins which are provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing that I disliked about the IDE is it takes a little time when loading big projects. Sometimes it affects the performance of the software. What do you like best about Eclipse Che?

Eclipse is a good IDE to start building applications. It works best with Java, but you can use the extensive plugins supported in the IDE to work on whatever language you're comfortable with. If will be good to have some inbuilt code replacement or re factorization to help developer save time.
