Its ease of use and its ability to combine productivity,usability and data integrity

**What do you dislike about ECDYS OpenLab?**

Customer support needs to be improved, as it lags a bit.

**What problems is ECDYS OpenLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a single user interface it can control Agilent LC, GC and siingle quadrupole.
