EBQ was initially tasked with contacting and qualifying a glut of event leads that were quickly heading towards stale. At the time, we did not have enough inside staff to follow up on all ourselves. The engagement grew roughly 300% in 6 months and in a year, replaced all inside sales reps. In the 2nd year we also contracted EBQ's data group to help us revamp our Salesforce. The rapid response rate for service and project related questions and issues.

The sheer effort of all in the face of a difficult niche product suite in a niche target market and later the frighteningly tangled mess in our Salesforce. The learning curve here was more than daunting.
