What do you like best about eBillingHub?
Our electronic invoices are well organised and submitted to many electronic billing suppliers; credit goes to ebillingHub. The program indicates whether our bills were successfully submitted, approved, rejected. I like sending multiple files to different ebilling systems at a time. What do you dislike about eBillingHub?
We don't receive any product updates about these bills from eBillingHub. The link with the platforms for electronic billing is another challenge we are experiencing. And prices can be reduced for eBillingHub licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eBillingHub?
Our legal department loves that it's an all-in-one system that lets them track tasks, billable hours and expenses and it has a client portal and document management. That's just in addition to the actual billing and invoicing software they got it for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about eBillingHub?

What do you like best about eBillingHub?
EBilling provides a great platform for our business as it gives us a brief summary of payment bills submitted, due or are left unseen. It is more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about eBillingHub?
Nothing at particular, just the expense charged by eBilling hub is a bit high compared to others. It is more efficient but still if expenses charged would be less, it would be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eBillingHub?
eBillingHub is great for organizing, and submitting our electronic invoices to various electronic billing vendors. The software shows the status of our bills whether it was submitted successfully, rejected, or approved. It is a great tool for us to be on a one place when submitting invoices instead of logging into each different electronic billing platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about eBillingHub?
eBillingHub is great, but there are still some things we dislike such as some platforms does not allow connection and auto-submit from the eBillingHub. This is a problem because it defeats the purpose of having the eBillingHub by logging into the platform and submitting invoices directly there. We would not have any status updates from eBillingHub regarding such invoices. Another issue we're having is the connection with the electronic billing platforms. Sometimes, the most updated status of an invoice does not sync correctly with eBillingHub. This could be a problem because I will have to log in directly to each platform and check for our invoices. What do you like best about eBillingHub?
The ability to submit and track all invoices, individually or by client as a whole. I also receive notifications when my invoices are approved, paid, or rejected. All of my submitted invoices are kept in a list called 'My Active Invoices'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about eBillingHub?
Occasionally the HUB can be extremely slow or it times out. Specifically, if you are trying to submit invoices for a large client, it takes longer to load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
