They worked with us so closely to ensure that we got set up and were able to use the system as best we could. The calculations they carry out to calculate stock requirement are great and allow us to see a wealth of information. **What do you dislike about EazyStock?** Our process does not fully suit what Eazystock do, and we had to make a workaround for our niche situation, as we have an out-of-the-ordinary requirement. **What problems is EazyStock solving and how is that benefiting you?** Predicting future requirement and trends in stock requirements. ### 2. The fact that it's user friendly and easy to navigate are added perks. **What do you dislike about EazyStock?** The system alert summary could have a lot more tabs, there is plenty of space for it. I really dislike the fact that I have to scroll to the bottom of the page to click on "next page". There should also be an option at the top of the page. It it isn't necessarily true a user would have to scroll through each page to get to the page he is looking for. **Recommendations to others considering EazyStock:** If you've been struggling to figure out what to order, when to and if you're not sure what your monthly pattern trend is, Eazystock will help a lot. Sometimes you think a product is popular because you've been selling it for a long time but you don't notice there is a downhill decline in sales. Eazystock notices that, preventing you from overstocking something that you once considered a consistent sales item. **What problems is EazyStock solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eazystock has helped me not run out of stock but at the same time make sure I am not overstocked. That's had an adverse effect as I don't lose customers from being out of stock. With not being overstocked, I've not overinvested in unnecessary stock either. ### 3. An ordering process that previously took several hours has been cut to half an hour. **What do you dislike about EazyStock?** The only downside of EazyStock for me is the compatibility with our data. Our company is unique in that we do not sell single widgets. At first this presented a big challenge, but the team at EazyStock was able to modify the data to make it suitable for the program. **Recommendations to others considering EazyStock:** My advice to others considering EazyStock is to go for it. Even if you have initial hesitations, the team is there to support you and help along the way. Easystock doesn't use this so we still have to manually adjust these in our system. **What problems is EazyStock solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been used to ordering stock to fill a gap rather than ordering stock for what we need based on what sells well. The new interface is much more user friendly for sales staff not used to a purchasing system but this has been under construction for quite some time. **What problems is EazyStock solving and how is that benefiting you?** The system has helped us order stock at the right time, and so our stock turnover is better. I would think that most of the documentation issues would be handled via a few get started style documents for the uneducated. **What problems is EazyStock solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our supply chain processes (ie purchasing) are sometimes too many days behind EazyStock allows us to be much more timely in our analysis. Also our companies ability to properly order based on our demand patterns allows us to make better use of our inventory. ### 7.
