Received a lot of negative feedback from clients and prospects when they were spending more time trying to figure out lunch than the topic at hand **What problems is eatNgage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Like I said, great to be able to have a real "virtual" lunch with clients and prospects ### 2. You are able to establish a delivery time as well as a dollar threshold for what they can order up to. Based on their location it will automatically list restaurants in their area which they can choose from. Another nice feature is that it will give you the option of a gift card instead of a lunch. **What do you dislike about eatNgage?** Initially, it was difficult for me to find the gift card option. Sometimes my order doesn't arrive on time, but that is likely more a product of the delivery driver than the app. **What problems is eatNgage solving and how is that benefiting you?** In this virtual meeting world, we can still provide "Lunch and Learns" and lunches for attendees of our webinars and demos, which we would typically do in an "in-office" environment. The nice thing is they are able to select what they want to eat instead of us just getting a standard hoagie and salad platter. ### 3. We convert more prospects into a booked call with Eatgage and some do not even order a meal. This tool really does make a difference. **What do you dislike about eatNgage?** Nothing to dislike. The team is always ready to answer questions and has held strategy meetings with us to improve our approach using a lunch-and-learn approach. **What problems is eatNgage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Eatngage to facilitate our Martal lunch and Learn program that allows us to optimize a prospects time by buying them lunch to learn about our clients services ### 4.
