EasyWebinar Pros and Cons

My favourite thing about using EasyWebinar is how customizeable all of the pages are. From the registration page to the waiting room page they all reflect our brand and help us with brand consistency.

The templates are very easy to use with drag and drop features. We would most definitely recommend this to our network! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far the only thing we haven't loved about EasyWebinar is the look of the automatic emails. They are not as easy to customize as the pages, and the HTML preview is a bit finicky.

We are still able to add our brand colours and look to the page, it just takes more work, time and coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wasn't thrilled that I had to wait until Monday morning for my answer to Sunday night's questions, but when I turned on my computer to begin working I was pleasantly surprised to wake to having my questions answered by Rakesh!! My review of this software is it is a great fit for my business and the setup was a breeze. The customer support I received from Rakesh was great and he showed me the easy implementation with my CRM. EasyWebinar is a good platform for running webinars. It's flexible in its ability to offer live webinars as well as pre-recorded webinars. I use both methods and have the webinar registration for each integrated into my website. Customer support has always been helpful anytime questions come up. I was having a hard time finding a webinar platform that could do everything I wanted - instant replays, plus scheduled times, my own custom thank you page, and all the tagging to understand viewing metrics. The new EasyWebinar 2.0 does all of that. I am so pumped. When I ran into a few issues, the customer service sent me Loom videos to resolve my questions, super friendly, and fast.

Naman in the tech team even above and beyond to help me with Unbounce by reviewing the live pages. I can't say enough good things about Easywebinar. I will gladly tell my friends too. I find the integrations hard. The one thing I would change right now is for the emails to allow for bold, italics, underlines, font size changes, and pictures. If this was possible I wouldn't be using a different email service to integrate and would have had my automated webinar up and running a long time ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was struggling with the functionality of the live webinar and having difficulty with the analytics and capturing of the data on replays.
