This gives us many avenues for giving that weren't available to us before. **What do you dislike about easyTithe?** Maybe the one downfall is on the manager side of easyTithe when it comes to reporting. There are useful reports that are prebuilt into the software however when it comes to doing more of a custom report your options are limited without exporting to excel or another software. **What problems is easyTithe solving and how is that benefiting you?** This gives us a one stop shop for our members to give no matter their method. All giving from all methods flows into this software and then is easily exported to our PowerChurch online software. ### 2. It also gives you option of reporting for the manager and is able to dump into multiple accounting softwares. **What do you dislike about easyTithe?** There seems to be the need at times for more of a custom reporting feature rather than dumping into excel and sorting there. Also I think users would rather be able to select their own dates for the recurring giving. Right now there is only the standard options of monthly, bimonthly, weekly and dates like that. Rather than someone selecting a particular date that works best with their pay periods. **What problems is easyTithe solving and how is that benefiting you?** it gives us one place to collect many different donations from different input sources. This has helped increase our virtual giving. The new mobile app that is included with this at no cost through Ministry One has been amazing so far. We are able to get our app along with mobile giving in the hands of our congregation and this has also increased our monthly giving. Seems mobile recurring givers are giving more now a days. ### 3. Also there are plenty of reports already built into the software. They keep things updated to work with any computer you have or any mobile device. **What do you dislike about easyTithe?** Would like to see more options for the scheduled giving. Most people want to choose their own dates for each month. **Recommendations to others considering easyTithe:** Be sure that you do all your research of ways to get everyone involved in using Easytithe. Some people are just too lazy to sign up. **What problems is easyTithe solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to track all of our giving for the different methods offered. ### 4. The rates they charge per transaction is also VERY good. Overall, it's a great deal. The site management is also pretty user friendly and intuitive. **What do you dislike about easyTithe?** Their reporting features could use improvement. Especially when a donor gives, but their card gets declined. They could make this easier to see. There isn't a report you can pull that shows declined donations unfortunately. **What problems is easyTithe solving and how is that benefiting you?** I run our non-profits online donations platform with Easytithe and use it to keep up with our donors to make sure their gift gets to where they want it to go. ### 5.
