Someone told me about Easystaff and I tried it because it took the least effort to join. I had to do verification but it was quick withing a day. My favorite features are that it sends money fast to people I need to pay. In my side project, I have two people that work with me full time and sometimes I hire freelancers. I am based in CIS and two people are in Serbia and Italy plus I hire freelancers from Vietnam which means that there is too many bank cards and currencies to deal with on my own. I didn't have time to check with banks for every country. I mean for me all that mattered was simplicity. Simple payments to people I need to pay, on time, no stress over money. I hate it when I need to get in touch multiple times to resolve an issue and it thankfully doesn't work like this with easystaff. I am using it for about 7 months and i only spoke to support once, at the very beginning. after that, all was clear. As for commissions, i am on a fixed plan which starts to be uncomfortable so I will be changing it soon for the 7% plan if i'm eligible. **What do you dislike about EasyStaff Payroll?** I was actually going to say I wanted regular payments but this feature just rolled out. I mean? with all the AI chat bots everywhere these days, that kinda thing really matters more than ever. I usually hire freelancers from CIS for my side projects, and it's super convinient to handle everything through them (and I even reffered some businesses to Easystaff!). Easystaff turned out much easier in terms of paperwork and fees. I'm on the 10% plan (though there's a few options), which fits just fine for me. Tried paying via crypto once (I sent fiat, freelancer got crypto). Surprisingly, it went smooth! Big thanks to my personal manager Ivan, he's been suuuper helpful at every step. I don't even have like 50k monthly turnover, but still got a personal manager. It was a relief to find a solution like this for sending payments and getting paid globally. At first, my main challenge was finding a platform with clear, transparent rates. With other platforms—especially the bigger companies—costs can add up quickly, and they end up making my micro-payments not worth it. Easystaff’s threshold is $10, which has made it much easier for me to send smaller payments without feeling like fees are eating everything. The second big point for me is the quality/price ratio. I really like the variety of payment options. In one case, we had a freelancer who wanted to be paid in crypto: we paid in fiat money, and they received a crypto payment by directing the money to their crypto wallet. Commissions need to be taken into accounts before making the gross payment, and if you are unlucky, the FX rate is to your disadvantage once the money has arrived, forcing you either to top the balance again, again causing at least one day of delay in the payments, or recalculate the payments in RUB for the staff (and obviously, not nice to lower the wages on the run, as they have already seen the previous calculations). I can pay my contractor in crypto and all the closing documents are available instantly, so there is no uncertainty in regards to tax regulation, documents, or anything else. It is safe and secure to pay with EasyStaff even with crypto. Overall, the very concept of a single-gate payroll tool is brilliant. There is only one crypto contractor, and the rest are paid in USD, and still everyone is in the same tool in the same dashboard. It’s very convenient, given how frequent payments are. I must also mention their customer support. We were given a manager right away, and our turnover is not too large. I appreciate the attention despite not having yet reached any tremendous transfer amounts. Thanks to it, we were able to make payments hassle-free, and with any question we had the manager helped.
