I was absolutely satisfied with EasyStaff. Part of my role is managing money for my team. Being a huge organization that we are, my team and I find ourselves in need of a helping hand, so we turn to freelancers to outsource some work to them. We needed some autonomy from the finance dept to manage these small payments we make every now and again to outsource people. With EasyStaff, it is so easy now! We create a task, onboard the freelancer, assign tasks to them and pay them when the task is complete. That’s it. We have a personal manager, too, and they are online (I mean, their working time). Sometimes I speak to them if I don’t understand something. It is good that EasyStaff has ‘Managers’ tab. We occasionally work with them where our in-house expertise doesn’t help. The platform is a very easy-to-use tool to pay contractors abroad. I signed up and onboarded within minutes. There are two things I love about EasyStaff. One is how compliant they are. EasyStaff generates closing documents after each payment, which is an absolute must-have when it comes to documenting spendings made by the team. Another thing I love is that people we work with receive exactly what we sent. Nothing is lost on the way. This other feature is more of a benefit, in my opinion. EasyStaff is not an app, so you don’t need to install it, managers who run your payments can be added to your account, and so overall, EasyStaff is accessible for several people. It doesn’t end with a single person. Lastly, I really appreciate the commission rates that are more than pleasant. It’s gaining traction still but I am on my way! So, I was looking for a tool to pay foreign teachers and other specialists (like SMM managers). Some teachers are in countries where it’s difficult to send money and receive them, and sometimes I use currencies other than USD or EUR to pay teachers. EasyStaff lets me use any cards I have and any currencies. I love just how easy it is! Onboarding took me only a little bit of time, I was assigned a personal manager, so I asked her a couple of questions in the beginning. Also, EasyStaff works online, so I don’t need to download an app or anything. To pay with EasyStaff, I need to pay a commission, but it is not too high. Function-wise, I think the platform captures the most important things, like names, card numbers, tasks. I feel like it is enough to run a small school and not get confused. **What do you dislike about EasyStaff Payroll?** In all honesty, there has not been anything yet that I would want to change in EasyStaff. I hire them regularly to assist my team in tasks that are not the focus at hand but that need to be done nonetheless. EasyStaff completely covers all my needs. For every payment we make, there must be closing documents, and I can download them from my account. Documents are compliant which gives our finance team peace of mind, which, like I said, lets me run projects at my own pace and pay when and how much I need to. I would like to highlight my personal manager’s help with everything. I can’t describe how much I appreciate that EasyStaff doesn’t use AI chat robots. The process ‘create a task - give it to a freelancer - add proof that work has been done - money sent’ is super clear. easystaff is an online service, so I can access it via any browser. **What do you dislike about EasyStaff Payroll?** To send money, I need to show easystaff that a task was completed. to do it, I need to attach a file as a proof. I find it annoying at times because a) I work with a lot of freelancers, b) not all of their tasks cna be compressed into a single .doc/.pdf/whatever, c) it doesn’t seem like a big deal but it takes quite a bit of time. The team is largely non-European. While most of the staff were relocated, some team members stayed home. In addition, we often used freelance helpers to outsource non-primary tasks to them. To pay them, we used EasyStaff. I worked with EasyStaff for about a year, and all that time there was not an issue with the platform. The interface was intuitive and simple to navigate. EasyStaff had a very skilled Client Support where there were actual people to help, not AI chat bots or anything. Although they are not available 24/7, my personal manager was always available in her working hours. Regarding EasyStaff’s functionality, it was omnipotent, no kidding. It was able to navigate through regulations of cross-border transactions, including sanctioned and partially sanctioned regions of the world. Thanks to EasyStaff, we were able to bypass restrictions and deliver payments to freelancers on time and in full. Besides making payment processes simple, EasyStaff also provided closing documents. After the team had just relocated, financial requirements and rules were quite a headache for our finance team. So delegating writing closing documents to EasyStaff was such a relief. If I didn’t know there was EasyStaff and I had to ask the finance to process every single payment we made to freelancers, my team’s workflow would have been so much slower.
