What do you like best about EasySendy Pro?

Nothibg, they are a poor excuse for support.

Shit for support and no management or supervisor will help manage the support teams operation. This is a standard India service and why americans are going back to american based email markeyting services which are growing daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EasySendy Pro?

They have the Indi business operation movement. They don't know how to get anything acomplished, You are down, and they just give yoiu lip servise with email and problem tickets, after you contact them that THEY have a problem, then they don't fixit.

American business men can't afford to use this service due to the lack of dependability of the system and the extremely poor support when it is down.

Support just stalls and it is on your dime.

Recommendations to others considering EasySendy Pro:

Get Some support people that know what they are doing. Also track the DOWN so you can manage peoples performance and fire at least 1/2 of them and hopefully you will be going in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
