I really liked the examples, the tests included within the courses, the option to take them in Spanish as well, and the depth of the content. It’s a plus overall, but sometimes it’s annoying that you can’t switch to another site while doing the course. For example, I might need to check my calendar for just a couple of seconds, but the course stops as soon as I leave the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked that the content was interactive and broken into smaller pieces. It made it easy to take each concept (or even part of a concept) one at a time, without feeling overwhelmed. Distractions are minimal, so it's a bit easier to focus on the training itself and the content. I do like that most of the actions are a bit more engaging though, and that they try to make trainings a bit more fun. Good to have audio feedback when clicking on buttons and whatnot. I don't really have many gripes with the software, but I've noticed that when I finish trainings and it redirects back to the trainings page, that it doesn't update the status of that training right away. There are minor grammar and spelling mistakes. I'm not sure if it is because the contents are translated by a third party service or created originally in the displayed language. It’s engaging and easy to use, and it kept my attention throughout the entire certification. The interactive features are next level, and they’ve made onboarding a breeze. It’s not even noticeable that it’s AI; the interaction feels very human-like. The pricing isn’t too bad either.
