I really like how everything with EasyLlama is organized, and the reminder feature is great because managers can be reminded as well. I also find the integration with BambooHR extremely helpful; whenever I have new employees, EasyLlama adds them and syncs them so they can get their training assigned automatically. It would also help to incorporate quizzes to check prior knowledge, and then decide what level of training is needed, or whether a short refresher would be enough. EasyLlama was different than all the other trainings that I had to go through as it kept it short but very informative. Most people I know try to go through these trainings via skipping most of the material and guessing the answers or retrying the quizzes till they pass. The trainings created by EasyLlama actually engage the viewers and make you want to watch it and complete it properly. The only real downside is that the catalog could be even broader to cover more specific departmental roles. While the core Harassment Prevention Training is excellent, I would love to see this same engaging format applied to more niche professional development topics beyond just standard compliance.
