But you can change the view on your extension. Yes, California now has free anti-harassment training online, but EasyLlama's seems to be more relevant, flexible and easier to track for compliance. I have heard now from hourly team and managers alike that the training kept their attention and was easy to stop and start, plus well received by hourly team who prefer to use their phone than a computer, and in this time of social distancing, they could sit outside in the sunshine completing training rather than in an office. I’ve also had our commuters say they do a little bit each day on the train so 2 hours becomes more manageable. And I’ve had staff say the content was much better than what we offered in the past and has gotten them thinking about appropriate and respectful conduct, not just crossing a training off the list. A few have started conversations with me about #metoo and how things have changed over the years around this topic. As well, it's a must for us to offer training in Spanish to ensure comprehension, so this was an important selling feature in our decision to use Easy Llama. We also liked the interactive nature of the training, that you can text in a question and someone will reply to you with the answer. For the administration, I can easily send the links again if someone can’t find theirs, save and print electronic certs of completion, plus know when someone will need to do the training again in 2 years. Super easy, which becomes very important when tracking hundreds of employees, and for our business with 24-7 schedules. Anyhow, if you are on the fence just ask for a free trial and experience it yourself. This system will make life easy and free up the necessity of bringing an expensive lawyer to do training or taking up time for the HR team to conduct training on a regular basis; you can always do situational or refresher trainings but this will cover your compliance needs and make training easy and enjoyable for your team. **What do you dislike about EasyLlama?** We have not heard any negative feedback. The only thing I can think of is you do need to educate your hourly team to complete training on site and on the clock and not get excited by an email and launch into training outside of work. Of course, this is sort of a delightful problem to have that staff are eager to complete training and to learn something new (or refresh their skills). We also briefed the team that we would not reimburse cell phone usage costs because it's a convenience for them, so we did make regular computer training stations available on site. However, overwhelmingly, our team has preferred to use their phones since they can sit outdoors or complete training during their commutes on public transportation (with management approval) or because they don't know how to use computers well, so it has been viewed positively, as long as you prepare the initial plan and disclaimer and communicate appropriately. Training should come into the here and now with technology! **Recommendations to others considering EasyLlama:** Do a trial and do the training itself and see the ease and functionality plus the wonderful customer service support. **What problems is EasyLlama solving and how is that benefiting you?** 24/7 schedules are accommodated. Training is easy and approachable and available at your fingertips. The cost is much better than other e-learning options. Tracking is easy; sending reminders is easy. The content is interesting and saves along the way in case you can't dedicate 1 or 2 hours at a time. ### 37.
