Pricey but not that pricey. **What do you dislike about easyDNS?** No way to clear the queue if a disaster occurs over too long of a period of time. I had a backlog that didn't really need to be delivered (stale data) that took days to clear. Eventually I had to block easyDNS from my mail servers until they expired in their queue. **What problems is easyDNS solving and how is that benefiting you?** When my mail servers go down easyDNS takes over holding my messages until they can be restored. ### 3. It is a user-friendly, responsive and there is also lot of transparency in terms of information provided. It has little high pricing that isn't impressing at all and it delivers great web hosting solution and domain registration also. **What do you dislike about easyDNS?** It is not impressing for me in terms of expensive pricing and slow response time. I am not satisfied with the customer support that took so much time to resolve my integration issue. **What problems is easyDNS solving and how is that benefiting you?** EasyDNS helped me to host my domain on server and at the beginning of this service i was getting good response from the support team and they explained me very well how to resolve issue. This email platform makes iMail look amazing/preferable. **What do you dislike about easyDNS?** It's really hard to connect, there's no way to make something as simple as mail folders, and even your own sent mail ends up in your inbox! **Recommendations to others considering easyDNS:** How hard is it to look around and find 5,000,000 million better, more useable ways to do email?? I honestly don't understand how this exists. It's free, so there's that, but so is gmail, so I really don't get it. Email is a must for every business, so for your employees sake, don't use this one. **What problems is easyDNS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I guess we technically *get* email with it, so there's that. ### 10. I inherited this from previous admins. The service worked fine. **What do you dislike about easyDNS?** The occasional problem with HTTP forwarding, but in my experience just about every provider has issues with HTTP forwards at one time or another. **What problems is easyDNS solving and how is that benefiting you?** They include mail spooling which was nice if our mail server was down.
