What do you like best about Easy Time Clock?

The super simple Easy Time Clock is so basic and easy to use. Our company is growing and we needed a new solution for a small business to keep track of some hours for some of potential employees and this solution seems to be a good fit for that need that we have. What do you dislike about Easy Time Clock?

Some of the functionality that is tied for the many tasks an employee would have to input during the course of a day is a bit funky and not straight forward to input. For example, entering in breaks and lunch options. I have found customer service to be not the best and not super responsive. It's also a bit difficult to add additional notes to for processing or other aspects of the employee times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Easy Time Clock:

This area of my review is still being assessed as we are still in the process of evaluating and reviewing the Easy Time Clock system to fully understanding it's ease of use and functionality with our potential future team and employees. I would ask that the company continues to keep the tool and solution as easy and simple as possible. Basic does work in some software instances and this seems to be one of them. The Easy Time Clock can integrate with our payroll software and thus import attendance data into the payroll. Creating timercards is easy. One can create leave categories and assign the categories to employees hence easy leave management. Creating departmental profiles and assigning them tasks is easy. What do you like best about Easy Time Clock?

I like how it keeps track of all my hours. It shows the hours I have worked while I am still working. It is easy to punch in and out. Breaks it down to day, week and payroll. So convenient and easy to read. It has been easy to fix any missed punches that have happen. But honestly I love how easy and simple it is to read and know where I am for my time during the day and the week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DO IT! It is such an easy program to work with. It keeps track of the information you need. It breaks down everything in an easy convenient way to read. You can allow it to match when you get paid. I love that it is so easy to make sense of it. Honestly though the best thing about the program is just how simple and easy it is to know where I am during the week and where my hours are at.
