It's very simple and easy to navigate, and that makes it easy to find the features that I am looking for without getting overwhelmed or stressed because I can't find it among so many other unnecessary features, which would delay my work flow. Other programs have so many additional features, that it's easy to get stressed and overwhelmed because I can't quickly and easily find the function that I want. I can see how some users might want more features, like maybe being able to slow down or speed up the audio file, or change the pitch perhaps, but for me, it does just what I need it to.
