The team consistently follows up when additional information is required and ensures issues remain open until they are fully resolved.

From a usability perspective, Spinifex makes reporting straightforward, with most reports easy to generate and extract. The training provided is comprehensive and in‑depth, yet delivered in a way that is clear, structured, and easy to understand. Overall, Spinifex is a well‑supported, intuitive solution that enables users to work efficiently and with confidence.

Spinifex Reporting is our default reporting tool for SAP Payroll and is used daily. It’s flexible, reliable, and allows us to quickly build and run payroll reports to support BAU operations, testing, and compliance without heavy technical dependency.

Some complexity when extracting and joining data from multiple tables in one report.
