What do you like best about Tinderbox?

The ability to see prospect/client engage far past the standard email tracking tool. Tinderbox allows you to see how many times the proposal has been opened, forwarded and it has a great electronic signature piece that all comes together to reduce speed bumps in the sales process. What do you dislike about Tinderbox?

UI could have an update but this tool was great while we used it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
