J'ai acheté EaseUs Todo Backup Home 2024 car le logiciel que j'utilisais auparavant n'était pas compatible avec mon nouveau pc. L'installation et la configuration du logiciel a été très facile. Il est très facile de prendre une image de son disque dur et ce tant avec la version installée sur le pc qu'avec le disque de démarrage. La prise de backup est très rapide. J'ai pris plusieurs images de mes disques durs des deux façons sans problèmes. Le support technique est aussi excellent: lorsque vous posez une question il vous répond très rapidement et vous donne les bonnes informations. Je suis très satisfait de ce logiciel et je le recommande à tous.

When it works, it works well. Backups are solid and simple enough to restore from. Note that file-by-file restores can be painfully slow if you're retroring multiple files. And full volume restores, while they generally work, can also be quite slow if there are many terabytes to restore (but still much faster than restoring individual folders with many large files). Two major things:

1) When an incremental backup fails, it can report a successful backup, and all subsecuent incremental backups will be marked successful. There is data in the backup files but they CANNOT be read. Attempting to restore shows NO DATA. This is not good at all, and has happened to me a couple of times. Luckily these have been spot-checks and not necessary restores, but the software HAS to be BETTER at picking up these issues and NOT reporting success when there is indeed none.

2) and similarly: When a drive is changed OR a software update causes the volumed (often the C volume) to appear changed, the software will keep backing up the remaining partitions and LOSE the main partition, making the backups USELESS (NO DATA backed up).

A few years ago, I downloaded the program “EaseUS Todo Backup Home” from EaseUS to try out. A little while later, I bought the software. A purchase I never regretted. It was easy to install. Finally I could create an image (copy) or a complete clone of my C- drive in a few clicks. Now when there are problems with booting the PC or other problems with Windows that I can't figure out any other way, I can boot via the so-called “PreOS Manager,” which first opens the EaseUS Todo Backup program. I can use “Browse to recover” to look up the relevant backup which I then have installed, after which my PC works perfectly again, including the other software I once installed.

In short: perfect software that is well worth its money! And even easier: if you have questions or problems about the operation of the program you can mail your question to tech support, after which a clear explanation follows. Top service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to setup and use. Mine is setup to do monthly backups on a Windows based system and there has only been a very minor problem which customer support sorted out pretty much straight away. It is really pleasing to have a quick and efficient customer support because when you do have an issue they are on hand with the answer and so downtime was at a minimum.

I can't think of a downside really thats why I have also got other Easeus products since then. If there was anything I would prefer the restoration to be a little faster but that's more of a wish than an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface of this product is nice and clean, I like the level of options available without the complexities of other packages.

The issue with this software is the licensing key is linked to versions, if you install the wrong version, it can be troublesome to remove before you can install another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The feature that I liked most about EaseUs is its interface, which is very easy to interact with. I am someone who has just started using the Internet and was able to use the software easily. I recommend that everyone download it, it is very useful for those who don't want to worry about needing software to record and another to edit. There's nothing I didn't like about the software. I have just one recommendation that could be interesting, to create a cell phone application, for those who want to post videos via cell phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having been using the software since 2015, I think this speaks highly about how I regard the product. Simple and easy to use, nice and clean user interface and little technical jargon.

Only requires a few clicks to get done what other products take ages to implement.

This is a very feature rich piece of software and has all the features I require in one place.

EaseUS is an essential part of backing up the computer, it is logically organized, easy to use and just works without stress in the most critical time when restoring the computer to a previous state makes all the difference of being able to sleep the night! There is no dislikes. The rescue disk work. The alternate method of doing back up and restore using windows sytesm is not user friendly. Takes more time and effort just to get to the part to actually running the restore program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the time I've used this backup service (going on 4 years), I've never had any difficulties setting up backups, making sure they run, or configuring alerts when issues arise. Their customer support has proven to be prompt, attentive, and genuinely eager to help at my level. For the most part, all restores have been pain-free and reasonably quick. My issues with this are few, but should not be understated. When attempting an OS drive clone using an emergency disk (created by this program), while booted into the recovery environment, the first thing it did (before verifying the process) was erase the disk to be cloned. Devs, this is a real problem that should be easy to surmount. It's likely that there were other things going on here, but it bears mentioning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found Todobackup to do exactly what I want without automaticly taking over everything like Ca*******e did. We have been using the TodoBackup clous service for 2 years now and it is flawless. My strategy is nightly autmatic backups both to a local server and to cloud. Todo can also backup to your own FTP server. Local NAS backups can be restored quickly and the clous is for in case of fire or other catasthophe event.
