Drag/Drop editor is JITTERY. It's very uneasy to work with. Also can't click on dropdown options under my profile. I purchased a lifetime deal, and it's asking me to pay again. The whole system is buggy and annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The infographic design is very professional. Easel.ly requested the information to sketch the basic design, then we had many iterations until the final design was ready. They were very responsive and always were willing to improve the graphs until all was good to go. They captured our brands' needs and the final product was in line with our brand look and feel. I was impressed with the speed and the quality of the turnaround. These infographics are a dramatic improvement over our in-house created designs, which we've been using for some time. I was also impressed with how great these results are, given the briefs that I provided. I had fully expected that I would need to have a follow-up conversation to add to the brief... but I never have! These designers are not only great on the design work, they understand business! The only issue that I had was the fact that they wrote exactly word for word what you wrote in the form without making sure the words/sentences flowed together. I had to edit my sentences to make sure they worked better with the images they made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. I signed up for the "7-day free trial" and knew within a matter of hours I did not like the program. Very awkward trying to space things when making a custom design. I ended up switching to a different, free program where I completed the spacing correctly in a fraction of time. The biggest problem I have is that they are not honoring the 7-day free trial. I have even tried shutting my account down completely and it does not cancel and refund my money. I have contacted customer service 3 times and have received no replies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Had a custom inforgraphic made for a resume for an upcoming job interview and the team at Easl.ly was absolutely amazing:

a) they turned my horrible attempt at drawing it in a finished product in a flash, amazing turnaround time

b) they were very proactive in making sure the changes I proposed were in there in a flash

c) the finished product looks fantastic
