For an entrepreneur who does all of the email and marketing campaigns, video recording and editing, content creation, writing books, business development in addition to doing the work my company offers, I cannot tell you how much Easel.ly has helped me grow my business because I convey a lot information in just one image.
When I created my own company, I was delighted with the ability to choose who I worked with...including vendor partners like Easel.ly. Besides doing what they advertise they do, they are good people and that means everything to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I dislike about this application. They are dependable and responsive...and I depend on them heavily as a partner for my work to create the images that are vital. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They do some good paid graphic design. The turnarond time is fairly quick. I have had very few problems with the designs I have ordered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When a mistake is made in a design, the chat feedback will not answer your question about who did the design. The chat people and owner are defensive, do not listen well when you are providing feedback, and are suprisingly not very customer oriented when they mess up a design. Shaun was the designer that has done good work for us and then botched one. A simple positive response could have been..."Hey, we totally messed that up and we know it ended up costing you $450. While we can't undo it, you have been a customer who has sent us 600+ designs and we would love to send you a few free credits as a thank you for your loyalty and as a sincere desire to own our part of this error."
That was not the response I got. The owner acted like I was trying to pass all the blame when I clearly stated that we should have caught the design mistake and we have owned 100% of the expense. All I asked was the name of the designer so that we could make sure he isn't on a future project, especially since they accept 0% of the financial responsibility for butchering a design. Easel is very flexible and helpful. You can do many things with this one app. I have recently made something fun, and it was relatively quickly done i only spent 10 minutes, and I believe it is representable to close people around you Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything to dislike about Easel. It is easy to use, and premium is cheap for only one individual at only 2$, but I think if they add a more diverse variety of art styles to match different messages people are trying to go with, it would be better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Accessible and beautiful designs. Free designs are basic but can help you out in a jam. Love the readiness of the staff to help out! It brought my infographic game from an F to an A++. The upsides of using Easel.ly are numerous—it’s like infographics for dummies. You can re-adapt designs over and over again to get more bang for your buck and save you time.
It wasn’t easy at the beginning, but there is a pretty sharp learning curve and once you’ve got it, you’ve got it. The tutorial videos do help.
The animated infographics look awesome—I haven’t had the need to use them in my work but have earmarked that service for some story ideas I have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pricing a little high—be prepared to spend for upscale products— takes time to get the hang of it. Hate that not all the elements in an infographic are editable. Also, there are so many similar infographics out there because lots of people use Easel.ly...perhaps the company could create more templates or lock a template after so many iterations?
Also, there aren’t very many icons or fonts compared to Adobe and other programs. Easel.ly needs to provide more of those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easelly is a very interesting tool to create fast and attractive graphic design products, I like that you don't need a lot of design knowledge to create cool designs. Beside, from my point of view, what makes the difference is the fast and friendly customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Perhaps, I expected more templates as examples in the professional account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It took me awhile to learn how to do what I wanted to use the website for. After watching tutorials and reading articles about it, however, I found it to be very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For supported design work the feedback and timeliness of the designers work is spot on. For self- lead designs the drag and drop process is easy and readily taught via self intuitive exploration. The number of design ideas and templates is amazing! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to be able to access my upload documents in the form of a "library" if possible but that is about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The themes and functions are limited in the free version of this solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The quick turnaround with a first draft was amazing. The easy way to make suggested changes is very helpful, being able to select a particular are of the graphic and make comments about that section. Subsequent turnaround time on edits was also quick and very responsive to the suggestions made. Incorporation of our brand colors made the infographic sharp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Certainly, when you already know what you want represented in an infographic (data sets, etc) Easel.ly makes for an efficient way to get great results. If you are in the IDEA stage, it may be harder to give them the information they need to work with in a way that meets your expectation. At that point, hashing out your ideas with someone BEFORE presenting info to Easel.ly may make better sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tons of templates save time so you don't have to start from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Drag/Drop editor is JITTERY. It's very uneasy to work with. Also can't click on dropdown options under my profile. I purchased a lifetime deal, and it's asking me to pay again. The whole system is buggy and annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
