I like that it is a dynamic system and supported by photos.

Escalation is not enough.I think notification should go to the manager of the worker who does not audit

With the system, manual processes in the factory were abolished, paper usage was eliminated.

I like the layout and how everything syncs with the different departments.

i dont like how it doesnt show you the time you completed an audit until you click on it. Sometimes creating an audit can lag you back to the beginning.

Solving problems with the different windows we make and what common problems occur.

I can't to plan a same audit to several workers in the same area and in the same day. (same conditions)
I cant't move the data in an excel form.

The interface is easy to navigate, and training or the 'User' roles is very simple. Mitigations are also very visible helping them be reliably addressed.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

Scheduling of audits is abysmal. It must be manually rescheduled any time new auditors or audits are introduced. Scheduling a few weeks of audits for 4 different users groups takes separate actions for each rather than any memory. Loading time for scheduling can be upwards of 15 minutes, which increased my scheduling time from 5 minutes confirming my automatic scheduling in my previous system to several hours a month at minimum. Users are unable to reschedule audits or transfer to someone else, so the admin (who is also the scheduler) has to maintain for sick, vacation, etc for every auditor. At a site my size, this means tracking a hundred schedules.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy training for auditors, an aesthetically pleasing interface, and accountability.

We've made significant steps forward in our scheduling capabilities in the past couple of years (hence updating our comment on this), with a focus on speed, efficiency, and accuracy. Users can now input their availability in the EASE calendar and more recently we have added a 'Delete Audit' request which enables auditors to request the removal of one of more audits if for example they were off sick or otherwise unavailable to conduct a scheduled audit (past or future).

**What do you like best about EASE?**

The product is very easy to use and intuitive.  The ability to conduct activities on a cell phone or tablet makes the product robust at point of use, and reporting is streamlined.  Ease continually updates the product and makes it better each month.  They have been very interested in feedback from the user group and have incorporated many suggestions from users.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

I wish there were additional quality tools associated with the software, like nonconformance tracking and links to the corrective action side (currently being developed and enhanced).  In general, there are very few things that are not to like about the Beacon product or Ease team.

**Recommendations to others considering EASE:**

The support team is exceptional, with a focus on continued enhancement to the software.  I have been very impressed with the team since the beginning of our relationship as Customer/Supplier.  This software was a breeze to implement, and the training was conducted in a matter of hours, instead of weeks.  No "support team" was needed, and most of the activities can be done via WebEx.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The administration of our LPA process has been minimized.  The reporting features allow us to analyze data that was formerly not available.  The randomization of questions feature helps us keep audits fresh and relevant.  The ability to categorize the audits into buckets has allowed us to add 5S, Safety, and other internal audit elements to the LPA process.  This has allowed us to take a familiar tool and implement it across not only the plant, but across the division.

Very friendly and easy system to audit. You can perform your audit using your cellphone, it reminds you when you have a audit due and past due, all the graphics are very simple to understand

Unlike the title the website itself is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

However, there should be a time period that allows for making up missed audits. We should not have to rely on one person to know if we are at work or not. We should be able to complete these later. 

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't think much is getting solved. More things are getting looked at but you have to practice these things regularly to get everyone on the same page. If myself or a supervisor goes to look at a press and there is a problem we solve it ourselves right there. Then have to let whoever was responsible know they messed it up.

The system is very configurable, so most companies will set it to their own internal processes. We are also working on the ability to sync corporate calendars to Beacon so PTOs are automatically recognized.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

I like being able to input the schedule and it manages itself.  Audits are conducted, mitigations are issued, and assigned to the owner.  Then they add their corrective actions.  No more paper, and tracking people down.  It's all there!

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

I have some issues with the scheduling being a slow.  Our other plants don't have the same issue, but that would be the only improvement I can think of.

Modifying questions to fit our needs is easy and instant.  That helps as we fix one issue, and don't have mitigations, then we can add the next item, and focus correcting it.

I like the fact that the system is upgradable. You can add any area to it and begin auditing. 

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

One thing that I dislike is that the windows for completion are only 10 days. There are times where people are unable to complete the audits due to work schedule and availability.

The problems we are solving is the ability to assign, track and hold people responsible for assigned audits.

Automated scheduling, ease of use which creates consistency. Like the fact that accountability is integrated into the system. The system allows for the freedom to eliminate the micro managing that would be required with excel spreadsheets or access programs.

Would like to see improvements in the overall speed functions. Will occasionally see freeze ups and need to reopen program.

Some reporting features still need work. Would like to have the ability to specify and tailor reports in greater detail.
