I like how intuitive the program is.  It's straightforward to understand and pick up in a short amount of time.

Sometimes it can be challenging to set up initially, but afterward, it is effortless to maintain.

It has helped lower the amount of physical records kept for evidence and saves time during audits.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

The simplicity of using your own device, anyone can use their mobile phone or an iPad we provide. It's easy to walk the shop floor and move between departments.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

Mitigations can mount up, can be difficult to keep up with. Not necessarily a problem with the software, more a problem with scaling audits to the workload that responsible people have.

**Recommendations to others considering EASE:**

Follow the training provided by the company, it's all you need.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has enabled us to roll out layered process audits, 5S audits, health and safety audits and we have even utilised it to maintain our COVID procedures. It's very flexible and with the functionality of scoring and data reporting it makes easy graphs and visuals.

Ease is easy to use and easy to understand. I like how it tracks data and keeps all audits that have been completed, missed, or past due.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

Sometimes you have to schedule each audit individually. That can be very time-consuming.

We are continuing to improve our 5s throughout our plant and training department with the use of ease audits.

So far I have not found anything that I dislike when using this system.

We use EASE to perform our LPA's within the Plants here on the Paris Campus.  This lets us identify potential flaws and get them addressed.

The ability to do a quick audit, either by phone or by computer.  The flow of the questions and the ability to take pictures to show issues you are trying to describe.

More often than not, I have to manually create my audit, as sometimes the automatic link does now work properly (from a reminder e-mail)

Being able to quickly and consistently correct any non-conformance, as well as provide feedback to the quality system for improvement

**What do you like best about EASE?**

Most helpfull is the audit scheduling process. 
Possibility to take photos during the audit. 
All types of  notification emails sent to responsabile parties make the respons to a problem very quickly. 
Adding photos within the question is also a very good option.
Database with all audits on one place, reports, audit results visualization...

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

CSV file with UTQ-8 coding. For me, it takes time to convert to a proper file type without errors. 
No possabilty to print graphs within the 5S report, grading scale for 5S audits can not be adjustable for our purposes (we need only 1,3 and 5 grade). 
No option to reschedule the audit, only to delete or to assigne to another person

**Recommendations to others considering EASE:**

If you are looking for an audit software in order to improve product/proces regarding safety, quality and organizational capabilty EASE is a right choise for you.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of the problems solved are safety problems resulting in better and safe working environment
Problems with equipment issues are also reported through LPA audits and tracked until solved, reduced downtime.
Many of the issues found during LPA audits were identified and solved through continous improvement project or Kaizen events
Less paper work by using EASY.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

The best thing about Ease is how easy it is to perform the audits, and it makes the management of them a breeze.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

One thing I would like to be able to do is change how many reminders/notifications get sent out for each audit.  I personally would like to get a daily reminder until my audit becomes due.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a system of LPA cards and a separate computer to try to do all data entry for each audit, and it added a lot of time to both the administration piece and the actual audit piece.  Ease has solved both of those problems.  It is easy to track mitigations and due dates at a glance.  This is absolutely the best system I have ever seen for LPA's.

Esier to make the audits at floor and send the findings inmediatly, the way we are able to adminístrate the information and get reports

sometimes it is not so easy  to work with EASE at the floor,  especially when you are using a cell phone, with a Tablet it is perfect

Increase the percentage of audits executed according to the program, improve the control of findings and follow them until tehy are closed

As a department owner, multiple mitigation requests for same item.

Ease is a great sytem for conducting any type of audit.  Ut is easily customizable to your requirements.

Problems solve:  Making sure my forms are the latest revison and up to date
Finding and correcting missing work instructions for multiple parts.
The benefit is forcing us to look for these easily overlooked issues.

  ### 12. Let Ease manage LPAs and mitigations for you.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

For mitigations, Ease allows uploads, it was never this easy for me to be able to keep evidences for closed mitigations, which are reviewed during external audits.
For scheduling, once you do the initial set up, you don't have to worry about this, Ease can do it automatically.
Intuitive controls, easy to integrate changes (at documents, add/delete users, add/delete items in organization section), you can make Ease a suit that fits perfectly to the organization.
Easy to use as auditor.
Easy to use as mitigation manager.
Amazing cust care people, outstanding responsiveness level, always A+ in my experience.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

It would be helpful if Ease could allow to delete LPA findings without deleting the entire audit. Also, reschedule a missed audit changing the date, right now you need to schedule a new audit in replacement of the missed one and then delete the missed one, not a big deal but would make us save a few clicks.

**Recommendations to others considering EASE:**

Do not hesitate purchasing Ease, this is the future for LPAs.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paperless system, no LPA records retention issues, charts used for deep analisys of QMS top weaknesses.

issues with the lines or problems that generally wouldn't be looked at. Issues are discovered that commonly wouldn't be learned in weeks or months.  This means the problem can be addressed sooner not affecting the direct labor efficiency of the line, causing the company to save money

**What do you like best about EASE?**

The ease of use for auditors actually encourages auditors to go out and do their audits. The ability to time and track audits far exceeds the abilities we had to track audits with our paper system. The option to allow photos to be be submitted with an audit has lead to corrective actions being executed in a quicker manner than before, showing upper management and the continual improvement teams the severity of the issues immediately - inspiring a quicker remedy.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

On the administrative side, there are issues that cannot be easily solved without contacting the EASE team. There are many steps to getting the system to work that aren't explicitly intuitive and require a lot of knowledge of the system which, while forever growing, is a slow process to learn.

**Recommendations to others considering EASE:**

Using EASE effectively requires a strong eye for detail from the administration team. Those performing the audits love the ease of use and ability to add detail to their audits, as well as being able to submit photos of failures or safety concerns with each audit.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The largest issue solved was with auditors not actually going out and doing audits. The EASE system actively reminds and encourages our auditors to leave their desks and get out to the floor to ask the questions required to verify that our processes are functioning correctly. current issues we are solving include verification of weld temperatures and weld schedules, verification of our dielectric testing processes, and supervisor verification of running product.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

I like the overall flexibility and ease of use of EASE. Being able to use it on mobile devices, capture pictures and attach them to the audit was a great new feature that we were looking for. Creating schedules is very simple, and can be done in a few clicks. Also, modifying questions or audit templates is easy. Overall the software is great, and would highly recommend to anyone looking to implement any form of auditing, not just Layered Process Audits.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

I would prefer the reports to me automatically sent to selected/defined users, it would also be nice for the missed audit notification to go to more than just the person that missed the audit and the person that manages the area that the audit was missed in. Setting up EASE initially is also not the easiest task, and would be almost impossible if not working with an account representative.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to review and analyze specific work centers performance based on LPAs, and identify if increased training is needed or if the identified opportunities are operator specific. We are also able to satisfy multiple customer-specific requirements in the automotive field.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

The software is very intuitive and easy to train. The customer service is very quick and efficient. Whenever we submit a ticket for an issue, we get a response immediately. All issues have been resolved within 1-2 days.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

Cannot have more than 1 mitigation manager. We need to have multiple mitigation managers in cases when we have more than 1 person closing out issues. Also, audits cannot be scheduled for each shift. We had to resolve to a workaround and create an audit for each shift.

**Recommendations to others considering EASE:**

It is better to start with 1 audit which is already being done on paper. It is much easier to implement EASE when you start small. The success  of the 1st trial will create other ideas for implementation. Involve plant stakeholders like quality team, supervisors and manufacturing engineers when implementing EASE.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Going to paperless audits. Ability to see extensive metrics.

Our team does not currently have plans to make any changes in regards to having multiple mitigation managers. However, we do have the option for an additional approval that can be added under Mitigation Settings. When approval is enabled, another manager needs to review the mitigation before it is closed.

I've alerted our support team about your scheduling per shift issue. Sometimes it can be fixed by your scheduling configuration without having to create separate documents. We are more than happy to take a look at your specific instance to help you with this. Sometimes people get upset because they think I am just there to bother them.

Alot of paperwork issues have been solved.  The benefit is that now most of the people are more apt to do the job asked of them.

The reporting and dashboard make the system very easy and efficient.  The ability to drill down into the failures makes the tool extremely helpful.

1. What most helpful to us is the Real Time Report and to be able to get a snapshot of the nonconforming process/product to be included in the audit report.
2. Automatic Email Notification of the scheduled audit
3. A library of question that can be pulled out in generating a new template

1. I do suggest that the mitigation window will only display for a specific findings. If there were 3 mitigations and  two other mitigation is already addressed the responsible person can still view it.
2. I don't like the template for the Corrective Action Request
3. Instead of creating a Correction Action Request in the mitigation, I suggest to replace the Responsible Party Comments to Responsible Party Corrective Action

**Recommendations to others considering EASE:**

EASE is very easy to use. It user friendly it set-up properly based on your organization requirements. There's a lot for me to learn how to use it in our organization. Our manufacturing process audit based on the IATF requirement is already included not just LPA, GEMBA, 5S and EHS. Our Plant Manager is very happy to use it. He can conduct audit anytime/anywhere in the shopfloor be it an LPA, Gemba or EHS.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Before we need to provide copies of check sheet/questionnaires to LPA participants, it is more convenient now since it is all online
2. Functional leaders can conduct Gemba or unscheduled audit (trigger event audit)  anytime they want to as long as the check sheets are available.
3. Each Functional group can monitor who among their groups is not performing the audit just viewing the Report

**What do you like best about EASE?**

Ease has a great application for your phone which allows you to complete the audits on the floor away from your computer with out wasting paper. It will give reminders prior to the due date of audits and even lets you know when there is something that was assigned to you from someone else's audit. The reports are super helpful in allowing us to see where our trouble spots are found. It allows for a more target approach.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

Sometimes have issues getting into the audit without clicking a link from the email. It will show the audit and the question but will not allow you to fill it out.

**Recommendations to others considering EASE:**

It is extremely helpful. Mobiles or tablets should be provided to employees in order to optimize your audit findings.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best part of EASE software is that it highlights reoccurring problems no matter how small. We are capturing and eliminating many document problems that would otherwise be missed or looked over as insignificant that could come back and bite you.

The App is very convenient and the reports will pinpoint where company is lacking. Audits can be printed off if the user can not connect to the internet which happens a lot on many shop floors.

Award feature seems a little odd... needs spiced up a little. Have difficulty opening current audits with out clicking the link in the original email. Other then that the app works amazing.

Great to help with constant problems that show up. Items are reported out and hard to ignore.

Lack of document control can cause some serious problems. Ease showed where this can best be shored up in the plant. The App also allows the user to fill out the LPA while at the line which prevents any forgotten information or incorrect information from being place in the audit. Safety concerns are brought in front of everyone and nagging little problems will continue to show up until they are dealt with.

**What do you like best about EASE?**

I like the reports the most, easy to use, many options to customize and it remembers the last settings used. Very quick to create various charts and graphs (Trend, % charts, Pareto, etc.) for an easy to read visualization. Prior to EASE, reporting on LPAs would take hours, now it takes less than 20 minutes to generate all the visualization for upper management to understand our LPA progress and results. The most common used graphs for me are, the Failure by Location (Pareto), Failure by Question, % complete by layer, Total Audits by status, % Question compliance and Total NC audits. These charts allow for discussion and decisions based on data faster, with a very clear understanding of performance. Also the colors are easy to read even for co-workers whom are color blind.

**What do you dislike about EASE?**

I recommend improving the location filter in "All Audits" tab in Report. Use the same feature as the location breakdown in the "Reports" tab of Report. This would make it faster and easier to generate a complete list of audits connected to a location. Currently the location filter is a list of all locations from the organization tree, and that takes a lot of time to select what is needed for our facility. Especially since, we have more than 100 locations created.

**What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving compliance with 5S, Production Quality and record retention. The best benefit is able to create corrective action on the spot when a non-conformance is found. Additionally having the ability to attached pictures directly to the question (both for good or non-conforming condition) allows viewer to see exactly what the auditor found remotely. This has improved communication between auditor and auditee.

I can not make root cause analysis whiting the system. It is an automotive requirement, but there is no dedicated filed for root cause.

EASE could help to set a audit plan for cross-function colleagues, it will remind every auditor by email.  And finally, the best upside is we could manage the KPI of every auditor.

To be honest, I didn't find dislike upside currently. We can mange everything regarding to the audit. We can delete the audit plan due to vacation. we can require auditor to upload the pictures for some critical items.
